DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I know this is a long review but please read if you are considering buying from here, its worth your time. I have seen several reviews on here with 5 stars acting like it is the greatest place to buy a car. Many companies either pay , or write reviews themselves to make their company look better. Notice how many of these reviews know the names of the people that work here. Seems very odd that all these people remember their names so well. I went here back in January and bought a 2004 Honda Civic Coupe EX. They showed me some scratches on the car right away to make themselves appear honest. They told me everything except the scratches is in great condition. Right before I bought the car I noticed the "Check Engine" light was on. They gave a fake reaction trying to give the appearance that they had no idea about that. They found out the problem was an evap leak and knocked a minimal price off the car (which was not easy to get them to do). I regretfully trusted them and bought the car because I was in desperate need at the time. Within a week of driving the car I started hearing all these bangs and thuds. A couple weeks later I went to my mechanic who has always been honest with my family and I, and he told me that this car is "bad karma" and the people who sold it to me totally ripped me off. Lower ball joint was loose, power steering leak, 2 stabilizer links were cracked, alignment was needed. I was aware of the alignment through test driving the car and thought that if I had to just get that done, its not the end of the world. My mechanic was hesitant to even give me back the keys and told me to be extremely careful and absolutely no driving on highways. A little while later I was pulling out of a parking lot slowly and my front driver side tire literally fell off. Had I been going any decent speed I would have had no control over the breaks and could have ran right into someone or something. This was a life threatening situation I could have been in and it is all due to these low-life scumbags looking to make some money!!!

My son and I stopped here on way to other dealerships that he had picked out and scheduled appointments with. This was totally out of the blue so we had little time. Fabian showed us cars that were in are price range, no wheeling and dealing, only the ones we described. We test drove one car and had to leave. We went to the dealerships (3) drove four cars and ended up back at Route 41 Budget Auto, after a wasted 4 hrs. at the other dealers. Fabian and his partner talk to us like people that part of his family. I liked that very much. We found out that he had left one of the dealerships 7 yrs earlier and was not surprised at our visit. Buying a car "as is" is something you have to be comfortable with. There are no promises, he makes sure that this is understood and that he really wants to sell you a good car. He gave a list of things they checked and replaced, we double check what we could. My son had looked for 3 weeks and test drove at least 10 cars before settling on this one. It is not perfect. It will serve his needs. We were treated great, given a chance to try other dealers, no bothersome phone calls, and able to come back and get a car at a fair price (by our standards). Going back here to buy another when we need to, that is a promise.

I purchased a car for my daughter through this dealer and while you never know what problems you will have with a used car I took the chance any way. Yes we had problems with the car. Even after signing the paperwork that states " SOLD AS IS" I went back to route 41 budget auto and spoke with Fabian. There was no way for him to have known what the previous owner had done to the car, he wrote me a check to have the car fixed by my own mechanic. This was a problem with the car when I purchased it and had all the paper work from my mechanic. Before seeking out an attorney or even taking it further than that I really suggest you speak to the dealership. While there are things that will go wrong with any car, if they feel they sold it to you in that condition they will stand behind the products that they sell you. Yes I would purchase a car from them again. And I really want to thank Fabian for being the kind of person he is.

We bought a truck from Route 41 Budget Auto...DONT BUY FROM THEM! They sold us a truck with a gas leak (you had to fill it up to find that out)The gas tank & gas line have to be replaced and All the joints & bearings have to be replace... About 1500.00 worth of work. When he sold the truck 300.00 over the Excellent Blue Book Value! My girlfriend has been very sick with cancer and was in need of a vehicle and he totally lied to her! Told her it was perfect running and what a great deal it was! My suggestion look up the Kelly Blue Book before you get there and either take a mechanic with you or take it to a mechanic...He has you sign an "as is" so once you give them the money. You own it with all the problems he covered up! Buyers beware!

Nestor, Jim, and Fabian seem like pretty decent guys. Nestor is really good in the finance dept. They sold my son his first car and it was super shape! Before you go looking all over the place, check them out. Their cars are really clean and are in good working order. Additionally, their online pictures are true. They do not hide things that other dealerships tend to do. We were treated really good here and they did not try to sell me a car with a blown head gasket like another dealership tried to do. They also have very flexible Saturday hours.

I bought my second used car from us 41 I was very happy with both when I went to buy second auto battery had to be jumped n radio didnt work I told Fabian I would purchase the vehicle if these issues were taken care of he went and did more then I expected put I now own the vehicle the only problem I had with it was a oxygen sensor went bad they were very polite n did what they have to do took care of all the paper work also THANKS SO MUCH GUYS N GIRLS> mr ostergaard

I am extremely happy with Fabian. I went into Route 41 Budget Auto after having a horrendous deal with another dealer. Fabian went out of his way to help me find a decent car. He was up front with me about other vehicles I was looking into getting & told me to check out a Grand Prix. We ended up purchasing it on the spot. I will go back & get my cars from these guys from now on. Thank you guys again, you ARE the best!!!!!
