I concur with everything LaWanda B. said in her review. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and we are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. Steve asked what price range and gave us facts to consider about the different available models. We test drove all the ones of interest. No pressure to buy just information to help with the decisions. The financing and purchase went smoothly and quickly. There is a seven day guarantee. The next day we noticed a few dents that we hadnt noticed and we were considering canceling our purchase. Scott had another identical car on the lot within a couple of hours that day for our consideration. We still wanted our first choice, so they agreed to fix the dents and did so to our satisfaction. We had some difficult scheduling conflicts that they worked around by providing us with a rental and even though we had scheduling conflicts on our end for a month, they worked with us and did not forget us. Kudos to the Enterprise team in Worth.

We picked up the vehicle and the air conditioning doesnt work. It is a 2016 Jeep Renegade with only 18,000 miles with the original warranty still on it and supposedly 109 point inspection done on it before it was sold to us. I took it to a Jeep dealer immediately because we were told it would be OK and when I got there there was told the repair cant be covered under warranty because the system has been compromised somehow and they couldnt even go forward with the repair. They charged us $100 just to tell us that. So Enterprise has told us that they will cover the repairs and give us a rental car while they are being done. It would have to be the hottest 2 weeks of the season and the vents still blow out hot air even with it turned off for some reason so it an uncomfortable ride.

Enterprise in Worth, IL, came through, in a big way for me. I was looking for a particular car and color and Alexander Murray, kept me abreast of the progress, from the initial search, tracking, detailing and on through the delivery. Isaac Monreal, from the financial side, took the time to explain every detail, expounded on everything from GAP to tire coverage to warranty expiration, as well as answered every question I asked. Both men were professional, courteous, friendly, patient and most of all, concerned with me being pleased with the entire "Enterprise Experience." If you are in need of a car, you should give Enterprise an opportunity...it will be "Worth" it.

They have bad customer service never got a call from them always had to call them to check if i was approved. Scott the manager is very rude & didnt let me choose the car i wanted only nice person was Isaac ALL staff need to be re trained. Never gave me a gift card like they had promoted, the car i purchased was leaking oil and when it got fix they didnt want to show me papers of what was done to the car. Oh but they sure call me ALOT of times to see if i had purchased insurance for the vehicle otherwise the bank wasnt going to give them there money, thats when the whole enterprise staff was blowing up my phone. This was in Worth, IL.

Enterprise was highly recommended by Cheryl C, I met with Alex, he greeted me with a smile, asked me what my interest /needs were. Answered my questions. Had issues with financing was worried that things were falling apart but Robert Y. reassured me that he could get me what I wanted and with my prayers and his knowledge I got the car I loved. Purchase a car and took to dealership for inspection they recommend some things to be done. Enterprise refuse to pay, will never use them again,will never refer anyone to them. They better not use my picture when i purchased car. I will tell everyone there service is poor. The young lady name was Tracy and manager gave poor customer service.
