BAD. Upon pulling up, I was soon greeted (as one would expect at a used car lot) by a short oriental man, who said his name was Bob (I believe that is what I heard, there was a lot of traffic and he had a heavy accent). He walked with my friend and I and looked on as we checked out two cars, an 06 which was labeled $10,500 ($9999 on the website), and an 03 that was listed on the website for $5999. I was more interested in the 06. As I went through checking all of the compartments and moving parts for defects, he told me that they had "already checked it out", implying that I did not have to. Around this time I noticed that the driver side sun visor, once I brought it down to flip open the mirror, would not go back up because there was a massive split in the plastic seam on top. I notified him of this, and he spent a minute or two trying to fix it, after which time he said that this was "part of the recall" for the car, and that Honda would fix it for free (a lie, No official recall was ever issued, and the majority of people had to either pay for replacements). I figured I would just lump that into negotiating the price. After showing us the car, he promptly walked off to go on a test drive with two other customers. We stood there somewhat confused.. Meanwhile, another employee asked us if we needed help, and in short order arranged the test drive, saying that when "Bob" got back, he would go with us. I drove the car around the block, and all was well. Everything (other than the visor, which hung annoyingly and uselessly to my left) was in order, and I definitely liked the car. When we returned to the dealership, he promptly left again, without saying anything to us, to go help the other customers. We stood there AGAIN, waiting for him to come back. After a few minutes, he returned and said "Well what you think?" I said "Well I like it well enough, I guess it depends on what kind of deal you can make." He asked me to come sit down. He said that the online price was usually the lowest he could go on any car, and that he would show me the numbers and how they add up to that cost. Of course, ALL used car salesman initially say that they cant go any lower, so I paid it no mind. He asked if I would make a down payment, and I said "Yeah, I would be willing to put $1,000 cash down" He said "Ok", then went back to presumably pulling up some kind of paperwork. Mind you, at this point, we hadnt even gotten to a credit check. Sensing that maybe I ought to say something about how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle (because he certainly didnt seem too eager to discuss terms), I mentioned EXACTLY the following: "Ideally, I would like to pay $7,000 for the car, $1,000 cash down and financing the other $6,000". He looked at me and said "For my car?" and I said "Yes". He stood up and said "Thank you for your time." "What? You cant make any kind of offer?" "No." "Not even $8,000?" "No. Thank you for your time." If somebody makes you a low ball offer (which this was), AND you actually want to SELL a car, you do one of two things: you either make a counter-offer, or you at LEAST say that you can not go lower than your initial offer. You do NOT simply say "no, get out". On top of that, he had personally shown me another Honda that was $5,999, a full THOUSAND dollars less than my LOW offer on the other car. Did he even try to sell me that car? No! In the end, this guy seemed EXTREMELY dis-interested in my buying a car from the very beginning, and more or less kicked me out of the dealership at the first opportunity. It is worth noting that I acted very friendly and interested the entire time, I tried (more or less unsuccessfully) to engage "Bob" in conversation throughout the encounter, and was relatively well dressed (i.e. I cant think of any reason why I may not have looked like a "serious buyer"). Summary - shady information (visor, other completely false information he gave me about the cost of newer Hondas), apathy, zerof friendliness, knowledge, or helpfulness, and just plain rude to boot.

Bought my son his first car from this place. Huge mistake!! Apparently the owners of this used car lot have no problem selling cars with outstanding warrants. My son has been pulled over 3 times and were trying to get this fixed thru the dmv. They said nothing about this car having a warrant and I guarantee you they knew about it. Stay far away from this place !!
