This place is terrible. My experience is as follows: I see the car online in good shape and decide to check it out in person. I get there and see a shady looking lot with dusty, damaged cars everywhere arranged haphazardly. Since its a tiny lot, it doesnt take long for me to find it. Walking past cardboard on the ground, and it definitely does not look like the picture. The interior was dusty and much more torn up than it looked and there were way more dings, dents, and bumper damages than acceptable even for an old used car. At this point I was wondering whether or not this was a good idea. After a few minutes of looking at the car I was interested in, the owner tells me Im not allowed to look at the interior or engine bay. Okay, maybe hes had some sketchy people in the past. He said hed get back to me in a few minutes as he finishes a transaction with another customer. This turned into an hour and Im not sure why I waited. Then they ask if I have the cash to buy the car. Yea, if the price is right but I need to test drive it. She starts up the car and says her husband is a mechanic and makes sure the cars are good, which is a surprise to me because the belts were squeaky, the idle was rough, and the car knocked consistently. They were adamant not to let me test drive the car unless I was going to buy it. I said again, if the price is right. They then proceeded to tack on non-existent fees. The car was listed for $4,000 and they ended up telling me to pay $5,800. "It has low miles, it has low miles!," he kept saying. I left with the person who drove me and bought her food as an apology for wasting everyones time. To sum up my experience, Their customer service is non-existent, their cars are sketchy, and they will try to rip you off to the best of their ability. Luckily, that ability is not very honed. And if anyone cares, I got a much newer model of the same car for $2500 less including all DMV and tax fees than their in-person asking price. Avoid this place. Ill never get my hour back and I dont want anyone to lose their hour either.

Yes....this is truly the WORST "dealership" EVER!!! If you can call it a dealership. Dont bother calling the Asian a-hole just hangs up on you, if he ever answers. He even tried to yell at me in person for asking him why he hangs up on customers and wont answer questions. Told me he had a CarFax and of course he did not. He provided an incorrect DMV record that had no crashes on it but of course CarFax showed the crashes and my mechanic saw the work all over the body. I didnt care about looks only the engine reliability. I figured oh well, I dont need to like this guy, I have a mechanic to check it out and I am paying cash so I can get the car I want and walk away from this guy forever. So I setup the test drive appointment for the next day and my mechanic shows up early and they show him the car and try to sell it to him however, when I show up to buy the car, they start screaming in broken English, "no for sale, no for sale!" After trying to sell it to the mechanic that I now had to pay $100 to for checking it out. This a-hole setup the test drive and then refused to sell to me because I embarrassed him in front of people the day before when I called him out on being an a-hole to all of the customers in the lot. And yes, the one good review is his wife and they do that thing where they give you the same answer for every question...."yes...no problem, yes good engine ...no problem...yes no problem....even when they dont understand what the question is. The lady was so blatantly lying that after the same response to multiple questions I asked her, "will this thing break down on me as soon as I leave?" Her answer....."Yes.....no problem" If only there was a way of putting negative 5 stars I would.

Worst car shopping experience of my life. After traveling 2 hours I am told "I dont want to sell this car to you, you leave." I was there no longer than 10 minutes, and extremely respectful the entire time, before I was told to leave. I have never written a review online about anything. However, after my experience today I was left with no option but to warn others. I have perfect credit and more than enough cash in my pocket to buy the car on the spot however I was not even allowed to sit in the car, let alone test drive it. After much persuasion I was allowed to look under the hood and I began to ask simple questions about how long he had the car and why the brake roters were so rusted. I found a rusted screwdriver under the battery and gave it to the "salesman". Thats when he slammed the hood shut and said he wasnt gona sell the car to me. Beyond shocked at this Asian mans tantrum and dishonesty I left without a word. So glad he showed his true cards before I got any closer to doing business with him. Do yourself a favor and read the rest of the reviews around the web on this place, and hopefully you wont waste your day like I did. I read the reviews before I went and was hoping for the best. After 10 minutes with this swindler I am certain they are all very accurate and the norm at this dump.

I was feeling stressed out and in a crunch about buying a car, so I overlooked Oceanskys non-English speaking owners, the 45 minutes I waited to test drive the car (which I spent sitting down outside on the ground since they have no waiting area), the cigarettes in the ash trey, the old Chinese newspaper in the back seat, the hoarders-style "office", and the broken-record "sales pitch" of the wife which consisted of "engine ok, transmission ok". They wouldnt let me take it to a mechanic, I could only bring one there. Because it was a great deal and I felt like gambling, I decided to purchase the car with a 2-day contract cancellation option, and hadnt even made it home before the check engine light came on (so much for her sales pitch). The radiator needed replaced, one of the brakes needed to be re-done, and I didnt even get the full diagnosis for the CEL--it was at minimum a $600 speed sensor error, and potentially a $1200+ engine computer replacement. I went back the next day to cancel; they werent there despite me calling ahead, but they did come back after I called again in front of their lot. I am just glad the refund check didn’t bounce. At worst, they may be resetting check engine lights. At best, they have no idea the condition of the car theyre selling. Save yourself the nightmare.

This place is horrible!! The people that own/run it are rude and ignorant. I saw a car online that I liked went down to this shady part of town to check it out and was sorry I did. First, the place is a parking lot with cars packed in. you cant even get through to see them. Second, we were there for a good 20mins waiting for someone to talk to us and all we saw was Asian people that looked like customers walking around. They had tshirts and house slippers. Finally an older lady asked... well, yelled what I wanted.. This was the beginning of our interaction. Her husband came out and immediately asked if I had money ( I obviously do if Im at a cash only place) He didnt understand any of my questions and got upset when I asked about warranty. He screamed at me to GET OUT!! and rushed me out his lot. wth? This guy is a scum bag, idiot! Dont shop here these people need to go out of business.
