The initial experience that my wife and I had was excellent. We met Raul Odin in our search for our 2016 Impala LTZ which was very hard to find with the specs we were looking for. Raul explained to us that in order to get the exact vehicle we wanted we would need to place an order that would take approx. two months to complete. We were pleased with this information as we knew we would be the first to drive the vehicle outside of those responsible for getting the car to the dealership. We left feeling very positive and encouraged. After about a month and a half I decided to make a phone call to check on the status of the vehicle and this is were we encountered the first problem. I was informed by a Javier Morales who was a manager at the dealership that the papers for the car were not done properly so we missed the cutoff date for our car. At first I was not bothered by this because Javier told me he would resubmit the paperwork and even offered an additional $500 off the MSRP to make up for the mistake that transpired. This satisfied me and again I was on my way until I made a phone call to the dealer some time later only to find that the car would not be ready until late July early August and that Javier no longer works for the dealership. This had me a little furious as my wife by this time had been without a car for almost a year now. Last week on Tuesday, August 10, 2016 I made another visit because now I want my deposit back that I place on the car. I was able to speak with a manager by the name of Danny and he apologized because I was misinformed. He told me it takes longer than the time I was quoted to make a car and there was not much he could do about the situation. I asked if there were any 2016 around with the specs I was looking for and if there was I would be back tomorrow to pick it up. He ensured me that he would search around and give me a call by 7 pm that night. HE NEVER CALLED!!! Now at this point my blood is boiling and I am ready to to really let someone have it. I called the dealer on Wednesday, August 11th and talked to the original person Raul Odin. I gave him an update on the situation and told him I was ready to walk. He asked me to give him one last chance and he did a search of the car my wife and I were looking for. He promised me he would call later that day and he lived up to his promise. He found the car and went out to get it, he called me Friday morning and told me he just arrived back at the lot with the car and was taking it to get detailed. I arrived about two hours later and the car was sitting there clean and ready for delivery. Raul really made up for the balls that were dropped several times which is why I can not give this place five stars or a 10 for definitely recommend. It seems like management has changed hands several times and in this industry you cant make those sorts of mistakes if you want to maintain a lead among your competition.

I made an appointment at 1 pm to get an oil change service from this dealer. I arrived at 1:02 pm and I had to just stand there for about 15 minutes from the time of arrival because there was only one person at the front desk and he was taking care of other customer. Then, another employee finally came up to me and took the key from me. After that, I stayed in the dealer for almost 2 hours, waiting for my car. Then I happened to look outside and noticed my car was parked at the parking lot. It was then I realized that they didnt call me up when oil change and maintainance service had been completed long ago which made me wait unnecessarily longer. Also, I knew how poor a dealers courtesy car wash was so I didnt even asked them to wash my car. But they washed my car and this one is beyond the level of poor quality. There are water marks all over the place. It looked as if somebody turned on the sprinkler right next to my vehicle. I am not exaggerating. Like I said, I knew dealers car wash is far from perfect but Ive never seen this kind of courtesy car wash that makes my car so much dirtier than before the wash. It became much dirtier since dust on my car mixed up with water that they ignorantly poured on my car and it now dried up solid. Plus, I dont think they vacuum inside. Every dealer I have ever visited before vacuumed inside the car and place a carpet paper with a picture of persons feet on it to prevent inside from getting dirty again. So basically they did something that I didnt ask for and they didnt even do it properly. I didnt bother to point this out to them because I was so tired after waiting at this dealer for about 2 hours. It is more likely than not that I will ever go back to this place. Lastly, this dealer is relatively small dealer. I went to this dealer 6 months ago to buy a car but this dealer didnt have the model I was looking for. I ended up going to costa mesa to buy the one I was looking for. I also recall that I went to this dealer when I got a small nail on my tire and one of the guys came out and told me that the whole tire needed to be replaced which was only like 3 months old at the time. I almost told him he must be out of his mind. The very same day, I went to the shop I would go and they recommended me a tire patching shop and patched the tire there for 10 bucks and no tire problem after that. I went to this dealer simply because it was close to my house and my first service experience with this dealer was great but now I will try to avoid this place.

Reason for visit: Traded in 07 Tahoe for 15 Tahoe. Fail #1: Salesperson is an idiot and not knowledgable about vehicles sold there and almost lost our sale. Used sales manager had to step in to salvage the deal. This manager guy it turns out is the best they have. Fail #2: Had to wait 3 hours! for finance, so we were told to get food "on them" to be later reimbursed by check, This got screwed up and we were given cash by manager upon next visit a week and a half later. Fail #3: Replacement parts to fix my new (used) car were supposed to be ordered but were not and my Tahoe ends up being in their shop 2 weeks. I had to call throughout this time to determine when I could pick it up. At this point, they have had the vehicle longer than we have. Fail #4: I finally go to pick it up and is still not ready or complete. Had to wait at the dealership an additional 6 hours to complete additional issues. Fail #5: "In stock" floor mats that should have been ordered back in February finally arrived to my house Mid April. The worst Fail of them all: The lack of communication by everyone that works at this dealership. No one knows or cares what anyone else is doing. I really feel that this place stays in business in spite of itself. Sales, finance, and parts sales all suck extremely hard but THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCEPTIONALLY AWFUL for reasons too numerous to list. Customer service is a joke and so is the woman responsible for it-i guess surfing the internet takes priority. I really hate Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park. Derik, thanks for doing the best you could. *sigh*
