Evergreen Auto Sales is an excellent dealership with a great inventory of newer used vehicles, especially SUVs, but it has even better customer service. The owner and practically sole salesman, Ismael Gutierrez is the nicest, friendliest, and most honest person. He is by far the greatest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. He seemed to really care about selling me a car that I would enjoy, but more importantly a vehicle that would be safe for me, my wife, and daughter to travel in. He also lowered the price of the vehicle I was looking at to fit in my budget without me even having to ask! Just by looking at his inventory, you can tell he takes pride in all the cars that he sells, and they are all in great condition. He was also just a joy to talk with and funny as well. Also I really love the 2012 Jeep Patriot he sold to us!!! It was exactly what I was looking for and in really good condition with low miles. ...and with a limited warranty that he was confident wouldnt need to be used because he takes care of the mechanical issues in all the cars as well. I will recommend Evergreen Auto Sales and Ismael Gutierrez to everyone I know! Thanks Ismael!

This was my first experience whith Evergreen Auto sales ,I learned of them through searching the net for a Jeep I was looking for and they happen to have what I was looking for. I was apprehensive at first not knowing the area and with so many Auto Sales in that area.When we went there we where helped there by IsmaelHe was friendly enough and professional about it at the same time . He had no slick sales gimmicks ,No pressures, just great accommodating service. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, other than the one I was interested in(wish I could have bought both)got it with NO. HASSLES,he even gave us xtra keys . I would truly RECOMMEND coming here for a car.Economical prices ,A variety of cars ,friendly service ,Just what I was looking for . Would not recommend. The owner sold my mom a car with a slipping transmission. He didnt tell us about the transmission and its barely been a year since she bought it! He does give you a 1 month warranty but if you have trouble after 1 month, good luck paying out of your pocket. Also shows no interest in customers. All he wants is a sale.

I called about a vehicle, told me his honest opinion. I didnt buy the vehicle due to a missing feature. Someone else would of bought it because all his cars are very well taken car of and all had some kind of warrenty as far as I saw when I visited the lot. His honesty and clean vehicles makes want to come back. 5 stars

This man Ismael is cold and wont want your business unless you have $3,000+ cash for a down payment . He wont even show you the goddamn cars..showed no sign of interest in my business with $1,000 down. Its okay got myself a new Toyota straight from the Toyota of Anaheim...thanks Ismael :D
