WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!! NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY "WORSE PLACE!!" Never again would I purchase anything from Ross Nissan in El Monte, nor would I ever want to step foot on their property. I purchased a car from them in June/July & thought everything was good. That is until the salesman FERNANDO RUIZ called to tell me we had to re-do the contract. I had him drive to my home to review the new contract & sign. Then I receive another phone call stating the contract needs to be done again because of their error, so again, I had Fernando drive to my home so I can review & sign the contract. Everything was the same with numbers, so I signed it. Fernando did not give me a copy of the contract when he left. He said they will mail me a copy, which I never received. When it was time to pay my first months payment, I found out my payment was $55 higher than the amount that I agreed to pay when I signed the contract. I have been calling & calling the dealership to hopefully have this resolved & have my payment back to what I agreed to, but I get no return phone calls & no assistance when I have went in to the dealership. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, & am now working with Consumer Affairs District Attorney because we believe there is forgery involved with my contract. If anyone still decides to purchase from this dealership, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT do any business with FERNANDO RUIZ (salesman), ALDO ALPIZAR (salesman/manager), & JUAN CHAVEZ (financing manager)!!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THOSE 3 MEN. They are crooks, & do not care about their customers. If you look up their reviews on Facebook, you will see there are also complaints from other customers of theirs, naming them as the worst people to do business with there. I wish if I were to have looked at their reviews before purchasing my vehicle from them because I am now stuck with a monthly payment that I am not happy about paying. I know its only $55 more, but that is not the point. I am angry that I agreed to an already high payment of $475, but am not paying $530.

I would not recommend this dealership. My car was recently in a mudslide and I decided to take the car in for a diagnosis. After the diagnosis, The service advisor called and told me that my car did not sustain any water damage to the engine and I am still able to drive the car. However, my floor was still flooded by the mudslide and there was some paint damage due to the debris. I decided to report it to my insurance and my insurance decided to get an inspector at a collision center. The co-signer called to release my car and they refused to release it. Then, a representative from the collision center went the extra mile to help me obtain my car and they STILL refused to release it. I was forced to leave my work early just so I can physically go down there and take back my car. I couldnt believe the service I received and how much effort I had to go through simply to get my car back. Im never coming back to this dealership again.

I would like to give this dealership a very bad review ! Lie after lie after lie ~ unbelievable ! My sales person name was Fernando , not only did he lie to me about the price and discounts on the phone ! But then denied telling that ! Fernando was the biggest liar of the two I had to deal with ! Fernando even did the old car switch on me and told me thats was they had in stock ~ knowing it was a much higher price car ~ and then played stupid , like he didnt know ? When I would ask a question about the financing , the answer I would get is I dont know . They knew, thats their job to know , they were trying to keep from telling the 4.99 % . Maybe the sales people are trained to lie and play stupid , not sure ! Pretty pissed by the time I walked out ~ and thats the reason I wouldnt by from the is dealer ship ~ cant stand to be lied too !

nightmare, driving Nissan Quest within the last year after a complimentary oil change and as per recommendation to replace new transmission mount and front engine mount, ever since that service was performed and taken back vehicle back for a couple of times to be check. first problem within that weekend vehicle had engine light service on, not only that but vehicle turned off and didnt want to restart after several attempts to get it started and waiting for a while, it did start. Took vehicle back and was charge $115.00 additional on top of the original $780.96. To top it off things got worst, vehicle started to accelerate and turn off at every stop. Taken vehicle back they couldnt find the problem therefore Ive been on the road with this nightmare since June 2014. will never use their services after this experience.

I visited this establishment last week, the experience was horrible. I spent hours trying to buy a Frontier pick up truck, first they want me to pay an outrageous monthly payment, after I told them that I was leaving since I know that my credit is on really good stand they lower the payment to 400. After all of this I asked for the color I wanted to pick they didnt have anything but white color, then they came up with the lie that they checked 100 miles around for the 3 color that I would like to get and no dealer had any of these colors, which was a complete lie. Ive checked on the Internet myself and I found several dealers within 20 miles had all of the colors I had picked. Overall it was a horrible experience.

This is absolutely the worst costumer service I experienced. I came here on 10:34 and left the place by like 1 pm. The wait time for this place is horrible as well. Almost 2 and half hour wait, and I ask them to look at other part of my car. Instead they just ignored and did not even ask me anything about it. I would really like to talk to the manager of this place and I would never recommend anyone of friends or family member come here. Services is horrible, wait hour is long, did not do what I ask them when I first came in with the appointment. I know they have someone else car to fixed but 2 and half hour wait is just ridiculous!!!!

This place is the ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They have a great sales team, very friendly and attentive to what your looking for. Service department is great as well they have a Fast turnaround time for services performed on your vehicle and keep you informed at all times when servicing your vehicle. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FINANCE DEPT. I worked with ARMANDO and let me tell you I didnt make it easy for him considering my credit but hes seriously went out of his way to help me. Made sure my payments were low and at the end of the day I drove home in a car! Really appreciate it! This dealer seriously has a GREAT TEAM all around!
