Im not quite sure how much more you could ask of a used car dealership. The Lexus RXs I looked at were all in pristine condition, relatively low mileage, and really well priced. When I didnt find the Lexus I wanted to see on the main lot, Jimmy was nice enough to show us down to their alternate lot where they have storage and a shop on site. I was beautiful. A 2007 that looked like it had just been driven off the lot. The internet price they had on it was spot on. I wasnt looking for a steal; I just wanted a quality car at a reasonable price. A-Lux delivered. For anyone out there shopping the used car market, I cant stress this enough. At NO point did my fiance or I ever feel pressured from any of the staff to buy the vehicle. There was no sales pitch. There was no lets-talk-numbers discussion. It was similar to what Id imagine a CARMAX experience would be. Fairly priced, high quality vehicles that sold themselves. Jimmy himself was not on commission, which resulted in a smooth and stress-free experience the whole time. A couple things of note: -The owner, Shawn, (Sean? sorry if I botch the spelling) provided me with a 1 month-1k mile 50/50 warranty. I didnt have a pre-purchase inspection done b/c it checked out on CarFax, and my shop is in San Diego. I know Carmax does a 1 month thing where if anything was wrong with the vehicle, theyll diagnose and fix it. Well, Shawn met me on that, explaining that their mechanics go over these cars before they get onto the lot, but if they missed something, hed split the difference (rather than an As-Is basis where Im S-O-L). -The shop on premises is AAA certified. No worries about shady business. -They got me a lower APR than my own bank did with better terms. -Theres no haggling, or wasnt with me, because there internet prices are already completely fair. They could have easily asked for 1k more on mine due to the interior condition alone. You wont have a better car buying experience anywhere else, Id say. Im coming back once my lady outgrows her Fiat 500 to find its replacement. Do yourself a favor and stop by. If youre looking, tell them what youre looking for so they can shop auctions for you. You wont be disappointed.

- Called in before hand to see if car was available (spoke with the finance lady) - Was told it was and if i had submitted an application online already for credit ( I did) - Lady said she was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes ( i called her three times and not once did she ever return any of my calls) - I drove about 2.5 hours to get to this place and to find out that the car didnt start - Important point to mention, their cars have NO WARRANTY! your buying as is! - The finance lady not once did she apologies or say anything. At one point, she left to lunch while i was waiting to find out about the financing. - the following day, i texted the owner - no response - I then called him and told him again, no one called me back, he said they were really busy with other customers and that they were able to get the car to start but that other people came over to see the car and they liked it? - wtf? - At that point, i inquired about my credit application and was told that due to my bad credit (which i had already told the lady from the beginning) there wasnt much they can do. He insisted to get my wife on the application too but i did not want to do that. In all honesty, based on some of the reviews, i had my hopes up for this place. However, They have really bad service and shady cars, - Stay away from this place. I walked around the lot and test drove one of the cars and quickly realized they do quick fixes on cars and put them on the lot. If you want the following then get your car here... *Terrible Service *Shady Cars * No warranty on car Again. Stay away from here and take your business elsewhere.

When I moved to CA a few weeks ago, I researched all of the respected used auto dealers in the area and A-Lux always topped the list. A-Lux auto is one of the best used car dealerships I have ever worked with. The staff is incredibly knowledgable, understanding and most importantly: non judgmental. You are free to look around their large inventory of cars without any pressure or hassle. The majority of the inventory is in excellent condition and priced competitively. In this day and age everyone is armed with knowledge from KBB and the like, and A-Lux respects and works with that information as well. I was in a unique situation in terms of purchasing a used car from them and they went above and beyond my expectations to allow me to drive off their lot in one of their cars. I cant thank their team enough for the amazing service I received and I refer everyone I know to go to A-Lux as well! If you are still not convinced, just stop by and look around, you wont be disappointed.

I bought a pick up truck on Saturday. There is a small problem with the pump, the dealer said they will fix it so i schedule pick it up on Monday. I receive phone call from them around 6 oclock on Monday when i am on the way to pick up the car. They told me the mechanic drink too much over weekend and went to hospital. I am not in hurry so I said it is OK, I can pick it tomorrow. So on Tuesday I called before leaving, they told me they order the wrong part. Again, I am not in hurry so i said its ok, but i need the truck on Thursday morning so just make sure i can get it by Wednesday. On Wednesday, the owner called me, said they order the wrong part again and they cant let me pick up the truck until Thursday noon, he said he will try to work something out and call me back.The problem never been solved and he hang up on me when i called. I cant complete my work on Thursday because of this. And for all the problem i had with them, there is no compensation. Such a bad experience

Aluxauto did a great job of making me feel like they care about the customer. George went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service. I have never seen a dealership so responsive. George was quick and friendly about fixing the minor issues that needed attention upon my initial walk / drive of the 1999 Camaro Convertible that I purchased. I noticed they also have a great selection of vehicles much like the one I purchase that was a "Car Fax" verified, One owner car. I would definetly recommend Aluxauto to anyone who is interested in having an excellent car buying experience. One other note: I have never been through the signing of a contract so quick and effciently, EVER,EVER, EVER. Experience was very simple and fast. Sal was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire car and helped us understand all aspects of the car. This was very important to us since we were long distance and were not able to see the car. Very friendly and helpful. Sal was great in picking us up at the airport and quickly responding to all our emails and inquiries. Great doing business with Dianna who was helpful and informative and very friendly in helping with our financing papers. Great place todo business. We would definitely recommend to friends
