As far as I know, their customer service over the phone is ridiculous. I never write bad reviews but I had to this time. I called about 3 days ago regarding some rims that I found for sale from them. I asked for an Edgar Valdez as he is the name of whom was selling them. The woman answering said he was busy with a customer which was reasonable so I left a message and my number for him to get back to me. Well as you could expect, no call back. So I called the next day and she didnt answer, but another male employee did and said to call the next morning after 10 am which is when Edgar will be in. So I called today around 1140am and the woman answers again. I ask if Edgar Valdez is available and what do you know, nope! And not only that but the attitude that was given from the woman is what set me off. I dont understand how a possible customer for their business is trying to find something out and they cannot take literally 5 minutes out of their apparant constantly busy days to answer a couple questions. Im sure you guys couldnt care less losing a possible customer, but this is a very unprofessional matter.

This dealer accepted my stolen vehicle and a non valid title just to make a sell. I have shown them documentation that I am still the legal owner and they refuse to acknowledge this. They have even sold my vehicle knowing that I am still liable for it. Unprofessional business practicing illegal actions just to make a sell, Avoid!

Came into 562Auto and was amazed at the deals they had I couldnt decide with so many choices, but I ended up going with a Dodge Challenger. They went above and beyond to work with my budget. You should make this your first stop when shopping around.

This place needs a negative star rating worst experience ever! The sales guy was beyond rude and so was the manager both are lairs! Go somewhere else for a vehicle like anywhere else but this place or their other location! They are very shady!
