Went in last night to get one of their Ram trucks that was on special. It was used, reasonably priced, and had the equipment I was looking for. I sent an email through their website to confirm its availability and price. Karen returned my call and was great. She confirmed everything and I set an appointment for 6:45 that night. I live in the Pasadena area andI got stuck in traffic on the 605. I texted Karen and Karen texted me back saying she was going home for the night, and Irvin her manager had all of my information. Irvin had Miguel help me and we drive the truck. I decided to buy it and filled out the credit app. After 1 hour of no information or numbers, I sent my son to Jack in the Box for food. Finally its now 9pm and Irvin returns with numbers hand written on a scratch paper. He told me I couldnt get financed on the 2016, 28K used truck, but I would be better on a new one. I told him I couldnt afford 45K. This didnt make sense to me, but he assured me the rebates would make it so. Its now 9:45pm and Irvin returns with 9.9% interest and $784 a month for 84 months. My trade was under valued over $6K. My spouses good credit was still slapped with 9.9%? He was trying to totally rip us off, and he wouldnt budge or show me real numbers. This was the high grossing deal of all time and they would have made 10K off me. I asked why I couldnt have the cheaper truck I came in for, and he said that one is $684/ month on the $28K. I told him that doesnt add up. I wasted my time and 30 minute drive. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH, NO TRADE, AND ARE WILLING TO PAY OVER STICKER PRICE!

My friend has been searching for the car of her dreams and she finally found it online today, a Jeep Compass. We decided to head to the location to check out the vehicle and possibly come up with an agreement/deal of some sort with the dealer. As soon as we got there we were kindly greeted by Leonardo "Leo" Colatorti who was a very respectful and patient Sales Agent. He answered all our questions, took us for a test drive and later explained to us the terms of a possible contract. It was all going well until he called his manager (whose name currently escapes me) and he sat down to talk to us. Even as I write this review I CANNOT believe the manner in which this man treated us. He was rude and disrespectful and has no idea how to properly deal with customers. Previously before speaking to him my friend had decided she was going to sign and take the car, but we waited to see what the manager would say. Believe me after talking to that guy we wanted NOTHING more to do with him or the dealer. It is upsetting to me to think that after offering $7,000 cash as a down payment (Yes ladies and gentlemen CASH!) he would openly insult us by saying he was doing us a favor. Since when is that doing US any favors? Needless to say we left that place highly upset and I doubt that we will be returning there anytime soon. We really liked the Sales Agent and it is a shame that someone as professional as he is can work for someone as rude and unpleasant as that manager. I would NOT recommend going there, at any time. Take your business elsewhere if you have to.

Do NOT go here!!! Full of Liars that try to hard sell you and lie about the need of all the products. First lied that the internet price was not available (same VIN advertised) because the car had a special protection and lojack added that already cost them money. The extra care MOPAR stickers are on all jeeps everywhere( MOPAR care is completely optional) and the lojack is something they install as a dealership to save money on insurance while the cars are housed on their lot. Lojack is just a service you dont have to get, all the devices for Lojack are installed on most cars even if you dont activate the service. Lojack costs about $100 to install, they try to sell for $500+. But CA LAW is: they have to sell you the car at the advertised price or it is against the law. Problem is most people wont know the law or have the resources to hire a lawyer and sue, but they are legally bound to sell you the car at the ad price and without any extras added. Then once I removed the options and made it to the finance manager. That guy had already hidden in GAP insurance and extended coverage into the payment. Lied about the financing rate that I could get because of those add ons. Fortunately had already researched my rate and new they were trying to rip me off. Lied that extended coverage could be canceled if I didnt like it. (There are a bunch of reviews stating they hassle you and never cancel it). Do NOT go here if you want a pleasent experience or have never bought a dealership car before !!!

The sales guys Axle and Chris Girard (El Guero Pelon) are great , gave us great service, felt like I was talking to a real person like someone I knew. My experience with Champion Dodge in Downey was good. Been their ones before I purchased a truck. I was shopping around for months, I was not pressured or intimidated to buy. I was shown some trucks and was offered to test drive but I wanted to compare prices. I left them my number and email and I was not getting a lot of calls from the sales guy or emails like other dealers. After searching for months I looked at their website and found their prices where way better than the other dealers so I decided to go and spoke to the salesman Axle when I showed him the price they honored it and also help me get a better monthly payment than what I was expecting. After we worked out everything and I was ready to go I discovered the plastic bed liner was not installed correctly. I let Axle know and he showed his manager and his manager offered me to offer me an upgrade to get the spray liner, which to me is way better. With my lack of time to get to them for the spray liner they worked with me making my experience with them even better. Service department was also great, Martin was keeping in touch with me. Everything went really good. If I ever need to buy another car or truck I will just go there and save time and money. Will recommend to everyone looking for a new or used car.

Tony Ayala, has to be the best! salesman i have worked with. Living 65 miles away from champion jeep dodge, in July i was shopping locally for a 2016 jeep patriot and after contacting several dealers i could not find either the price i wanted or anyone with any kind of customer service, i wanted to do most of my purchase deal in email or the internet. i ended up finding a jeep at champion and inquired over the internet, within minutes i was in contact with Tony Ayala, after a few emails, Tony was able to get me what i was looking for and at the price i wanted to pay. we took the 65 mile drive and found that most all the paperwork was all ready to go and we were in & out, Tonys follow up was also great. I found the experience was so good and easy, in October my lease ended on my 2014 ram pick up, at first i considered purchasing my old lease, since i had added accessories . Tony was able to make me a deal on a 2016 ram and worked with the service department to get the items transfered from the old car to the new, very quick and painless, great customer service. Manny in the service department went well above and beyond to make sure i was happy, another wonderful employee who is great at his job. thank you Tony Ayala and Manny for your hard work i will continue to be your customer.
