My recent experience as a customer at Rusnak Mercedez-Benz in Arcadia is best recounted below. EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH...CORRECTION EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR should be a recognition awarded to a TRULY AWESOME Sales Consultant, Mr. Dave Song at the Mercedez-Benz Dealership in Arcadia!!! If ten (10) stars existed on Google review, I would have rated Mr. Dave Song for his awesome customer service a 10 ++++++++++++++++++++ stars :)!!!! My friend and I visited Rusnak Mercedez-Benz of Arcadia this weekend and received exceptional customer service from an AMAZING Sales Consultant, Mr. Song. I am very familiar with luxury vehicles purchases and have purchased high end vehicles at various dealerships. However, I was EXTREMELY impressed with Mr. Songs extensive knowledge on the various models of Mercedez-Benz coupled with his many years of extensive "car-dealership" experience and his commendable professionalism, patience, AND in particular his genuine diligence displayed even during his day off this past Sunday to ensure all requested document from my friend for the purchase of a vehicle was successfully received on-site at the dealership. Mr. Song even answered my calls on his personal cell phone during his day off on Sunday to ensure all of my friends questions were addressed related to the purchase of a vehicle. Mr. Songs REMARKABLE patience in helping us search for the Mercedez-Benz for my friend, such as a Mercedez-Benz with white body paint, black interior leather seats, dark brown linden wood, panoramic roof, etc,. is highly appreciated. Mr. Song was able to find a vehicle with LOTS of PATIENCE to locate a vehicle matching all the key criteria based on my friends choices for a Mercedez-Benz!! The smile and joy on my friends face spoke louder than words when he saw the vehicle matching all of his requirements during the test drive. Now that is true customer satisfaction!!! :) Lastly, Mr. Song is the EPITOME of a truly exceptional and awesome Sales Consultant: professional, knowledgeable (lots of experience in his field), amicable, patient, and his genuine approach in helping customers in purchasing a vehicle makes a customer feels like as if you were chit-chatting with a long time friend about a vehicle and at the same time helping you as the customer in finding the vehicle of your choice. Very relaxed and pressure free professionalism. THANK YOU Mr. Song for your wonderful customer service! My friend and I drove off with the purchase of a new Mercedez-Benz with the utmost customer satisfaction!!!! TO ALL MERCEDEZ-BENZ CUSTOMERS.............................. I walked into Rusnak with the intention of taking a quick look at the ML350s. I was immediately greeted by Joseph, a very friendly and knowledgeable man. I ended up test driving the ML and knew I had to have it. Joseph is the fleet manager at Rusnak and was able to find me the ML350 with every feature I wanted. He made me a great offer and took care of my trade in vehicle as well. I did not leave with the car that day as it was day one of my car search. I took a few days to test drive other vehicles. Joseph followed up with me, with no pressure. He seemed to know I would buy the ML350 from him which of course I did.... Joseph very patiently explained all of the features of the car. In fact just last night I texted him at 9 pm because the traction control indicator light came on saying it was turned off. He told me to pull over, turn the engine off, open the door and then restart. We did and the indicator light turned off and the car was perfect. That is amazing service. Joseph answered my text within a minute of my sending it on a Friday night, 3 weeks after I purchased the car and he had the solution. Clearly Joseph takes care of his customers even after the transaction is complete. That was my review after my first transaction with Rusnak. 6 months ago my husband purchase an E350 from Joseph. My husband was just considering buying a new car, we walked onto the Rusnak lot, I texted Joseph who met us immediately and a few minutes later my husband was buying a car. Joseph is very knowledgeable and we trust him 100%. Last week, I leased a new GLE350 4matic. We loved my first ML350 and would have purchased it, since the buyout was a great deal but we now need 4 wheel drive. The new GLE is amazing. I stopped by 2 days ago and spent an hour with a Mercedes product specialist who explained a few of the new features on my car. Rusnak is such a friendly neighborhood dealership. I feel very comfortable texting Joseph or stopping by whenever I have a question. We will definitely get all of our future cars from Joseph.

I have been buying vehicles (new and CPO) from dealers for nearly 25 years now, ranging from multiple Porsches, Mercedes-Benzs, Lexus, Fords, and one Chevy. My experience last Saturday in purchasing my CPO 2010 E350 was sincerely unlike any other experience I have ever had. Normally I am very suspect of a "used car salesman", however dealing with Vatche was more like dealing with a family member. His professionalism and knowledge of the car, made my interaction with him more like a visit than a sale. I had been to three other dealerships and none of the other salespersons made the effort he did to ensure that my wife would get the right car for her birthday. Needless to say, I was a bit overwhelmed by the multitude of features and controls this car has. The time and patience Vatche provided me as he showed me the features of the car was herculean to say the least. One very important point to note, EVERY time I take a car in for service or when I purchase a vehicle, someone at the dealership ALWAYS asks me to "make sure you rate us a 10 when you get the factory survey." To be frank, I find this request insulting. To the credit of all the Rusnak/Arcadia Mercedes-Benz employees, NOT ONCE during my visit last Saturday did anyone try to solicit my perfect survey response. It resounded to me that the concern the employees had for me and my buying experience was the most important thing, and that everything else, including factory surveys was secondary. In addition to Vatche, my interactions with both Anthony Ziemann and Johana were also unlike any I have ever had at a dealership. All three employees, made every effort to address every concern and question I had. In conclusion, I would like to thank Rusnak/Arcadia for helping me find the perfect car for my wifes birthday. Incidentally, when I do receive the factory survey, I will most certainly rate Rusnak/Arcadia a 10 out of 10!

Rusnak Mercedes Benz of Arcadia - Service Department: I want to compliment the exceptional service I’ve received from the Rusnak Service Department in Arcadia. I believe every dealership should strive to the level of professionalism, customer service, and quality this team provides. In the last month, I have had interactions with two service advisors and both went above and beyond your typical service. I recently brought my Sprinter Camper Van in to fix a Check Engine light. I needed the vehicle that evening as I was planning to use the vehicle to take on a camping trip. Unfortunately, because of the wait to get parts in, the fix would take more time than expected (following afternoon). Gus Navarro knew my plans and talked with the technician to have the vehicle fixed that evening. He was able to prioritize and I was able to pick up the vehicle that night after hours and not disrupt my travel plans. Another occasion I had to bring the same vehicle in for a check SRS issue. After some diagnosis, the technician confirmed the issue had to do with how the RV Company had customized the sprinter van and the cost would not be covered under the warranty. Brian Edwards stepped in and made numerous calls with the RV Company to discuss the issue and confirm who would cover the costs. All said and done, I did not have to deal with all the back and forth and Brian took care of everything. Both Gus and Brian helped alleviate any stress and headache and I truly appreciate their commitment to their clients. I feel this high quality of service begins at that top. Mike Marsh (Service Director) is personable, approachable and very friendly. This positive attitude transcends down to the entire service department staff, as seen through Gus and Brian. Kudos to this team and continue this excellent service!
