The circumstances that brought me to this location were less than ideal. I had to replace a damaged and nonfunctioning phone. That said... Entire staff was top notch! Pros: - since it was an unexpected visit, I didnt have a lot of time to replace my damaged phone. This team is up to the challenge - they were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional - they work together as a team to solve my problem the first time, and completely - they worked quickly to understand my needs and to give me exactly what I was looking for. Cons- - I travel and might never be able to go back to this location to share my gratitude and bring my returning business

This store is a joke and should fire each one of its employees there service is the most pathetic excuse for a business that I have ever seen its employees will sit right in front of you on their phones and wont even acknowledge you until you go up to them and say can you help me please dont go there save yourself the hassle go anywhere else no professionalism at all there

Absolutely terrible, took my phone to troubleshoot something so simple and they didnt know anything about my device and they are clueless. They need newer management and more pleasant co-workers with basic knowledge of this device.

This store is horrible. They try to push you into products that you dont want nor need. Horrible attitudes. They sit there on their phones with their legs up on the counter. Will never again return to this location.

Stopped in to look at Pixel phones (none on display) and was treated like an idiot for not wanting a "more featured" phone according to the sales guy. Talking Down to customers is not a great way to make sales.
