Excellent, knowledgeable service, as always. I have patronized this particular AT&T store since 2001, always with fast, efficient, and prompt service. Most recently, the representative (Brandon, I believe, the name escapes me), who was extremely knowledgeable about Android inside and out (ive cooked up my own ROMs for years since WinMo 5.0; words like bootloader, ROM, flashing, Cyanogenmod, etc were quite familiar territory for him) went to great lengths and well out of his way to ensure the data, apps and their settings (much appreciated!), contacts, etc were transferred from a Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4, both heavily customized, to a pair of new Galaxy S7 Active units, as well as walking us through new features, including Activity Zone capabilities and discussing means of disabling useless bloatware, apps, and misc settings, and Play Store apps that would suit our usage practices. Most importantly, he took the time to check and recheck to ensure that our two grandfathered unlimited data plans were properly transferred to the new devices, which i greatly appreciate, as the last time i upgraded from an Atrix 4G to the Galaxy S3 (online purchase/upgrade), AT&T took it upon themselves to put me in a tiered plan, which took nearly a month to clear up to get aforementioned grandfathered unlimited data back. I live approximately 1.5 hours away from this location, and so long as it is open (the Schuylkill Mall itself went up for Sheriffs sale in June), i shall continue to go there for issues or upgrades.

Visa rewards card is not 200 dollars, I was sold the wrong package as far as the NBA season , customer service was disrespectful and did not budge as far as help, cannot get anyone on the phone, have been on hold for two hours now, I went to speak with the store manager and Rick will not return phone calls. I will definitely be going back to Comcast

Staff is great I always try to talk to Brandon when I have a question he is very helpful. Rachel and Ric have helped take care of any issues Ive had so if you have any problems they will do what they can to make it right. Happy customer great customer service
