On Sunday July 22, 2012 my boyfriend and I purchased a car from Triforce Motors. While we were looking at the car we noticed the ABS light was on. We asked the salesman John about it, and he said not to worry about it, it just meant that the car was parked on rocks and the light would go off in a little bit. We took John for his word. We hit the alarm button on the car, it would not turn off, and John said it was because the battery was probably dead in the alarm key and to just get it changed. We took John at his word. We drove about 20 miles down the road, and stopped for dinner, when we came back out to the car, the car would not start. We tried jumping it, and it did not work. Then my boyfriend (having had a similar problem before) reached under the steering wheel and connected a few wires, shocking himself. The car started. However the ABS light was still on. When we bought the car, we asked John what it meant that the car is “As Is,” thinking that it did not come with a warranty. John said, “oh don’t worry about that, everything in the car is still covered under warranty, unless we disclose it to you now.” Again, we took John at his word. After two days, the car was having problems starting up, and warning lights kept coming on. We took the car to a mechanic whom we’ve gone to with previous cars, and he told us the ABS light means faulty brakes, and after paying $79 to have them look at the car and the warranty, we found out that the car’s brakes are shot, and if we do not get them fixed immediately, than we will be facing worse problems. The damage on the car at the moment is at least $2100-$2900. The mechanic also said after looking at the warranty, that the only thing that is covered is the Transmission; nothing else. He then gave us several phone numbers and told us to get a lawyer and sue Triforce Motors, he also said he would have no problem giving testimony to say that this car has been broken for quite a long time, and there is no way the dealership did not know about these problems. He also said that John flat out lied to us. My boyfriend and I have spent 6 months saving to buy a car. In this economy, and the small salary we both make, saving up $2500 is not easy. We just wasted it on this vehicle, and do you know what the Owner of Triforce Motors said when we told him; “Well, you can’t prove it.” I urge anyone, and everyone to not buy a car from this very unethical dealership. The people, who work here, will seem very nice to your face, but they will lie to you. We were told only lies when we bought this car, and I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. Do not give your business to Triforce Motors, and please help all of us make them $pay$ to all of those who have been deceived. Thank you

First of all, Ive read a lot of reviews on here where people have said that they have driven several hours to visit this dealership at the promise of clean, affordable cars. If you are one of the people doing this, stop right now and go somewhere else. If youre going by the clean look of the website you are in for far more than a disappointment. We were lucky enough to live about 20 miles away so the gas wasted wasnt too bad. When we arrived at the car lot we had already picked out several options from the website that we were "guaranteed" would still be in the stock. However we were in no way prepared for what we saw as we first pulled in. The cars on the lot were not anywhere close to what I would call "clean" as promised on the website and by the salesman. I would more closely relate this place to a junk yard. A majority of the vehicles on the lot were in a state of disrepair. Flat tires, broken windshields, extreme body/rust damage, were just a few of the issues that I noticed within the first ten minutes. Also none of the vehicles that were on the website were on the lot. Honestly my thought was that they plugged the website with these to draw in customers. We continued to browse through the selection and found two that actually seemed decent enough. The first turned out to not have an engine or transmission. The second, and only decent choice, had been sold already. After these two revelations we immediately pulled out of the lot and never looked back. I would also like to comment on the severe nonprofessional attitude of the lot attendants. I usually dont have a problem with people joking around but when my wife and 3 year old daughter are within earshot I expect people to be professional in what theyre doing and what theyre saying. So as I stated before, if you are planning a trip (no matter the distance), think twice before making this place your destination. It is nothing as the website portrays and youd have better luck with Craigslist. Triforce Motors is not worth any amount of time you have to spare.

BUYER BEWARE. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE ON April 14TH 2009, AND IT WAS IN THE MECHANIC SHOP ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 15TH. IT BROKE DOWN ON MY WAY HOME! THE MECHANIC I BROUGHT IT TO SAID IT NEEDED OVER $1500.00 WORTH OF WORK. WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR I WAS TOLD IT CAME WITH A 30 BUYBACK GUARENTEE AND WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER AL HE ASKED ME IF I HAD IT IN WRITING, HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME, LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES, THEN DID NOT ANSWR WHEN I CALLED BACK I CALLED THE OTHER LINE WHICH HE FINALLY ANSWERED AND HE SAID THE CAR IS USED AND EXPECTED TO HAVE ISSUES EVEN IF IT IS NOT USEABLE AND IF IT IS NOT RUNNING AFTER YOU PULL OFF THE LOT. THE MECHANIC IS NOT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, THEY ONLY LET YOU DRIVE THE CAR FOR 5 MINUTES/5MILES WHEN YOU TEST DRIVE IT. I HEARD A NOISE WHEN I TEST DROVE THE CAR AND THE SELF PROCLAIMED "MECHANIC" TOLD ME THE DRIVE SHAFT HAD SLACK IN IT AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THAT WAY. HE LIED! MY MECHANIC SAID IT NEEDS U-JOINTS ON THE DRIVE SHAFT , CAT CONVERTER, AND BRAKE CALIPER!!! OH YEAH I HAD TO STOP SHORT ON THE WAY HOME AND WHEN I HIT THE BRAKE HARD THE VAN JUMPED TO THE LEFT LANE WHERE I ALMOST STRUCK A VEHICLE, THEN IT BROKE DOWN! THEY OFFER A WAARANTY THROUGH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY THAT COVERS NOTHING. AFTER THEY STATED THEY COVER ANY FAILURES FOR THE FIRST 3,000.00 MILES. THIER CARS HAVE HIGH MILES, AND ARE GLUED TOGETHER LONG ENOUGH FOR YOU TO TEST DRIVE THEM! THEY WERE REAL NICE AT FIRST UP UNTIL THE POINT AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY MONEY! THE VAN HAS BEEN SITTING SINCE. I AM FILING A LAWSUIT FOR THE SAFETY CONDITION I AM ALSO GOING AFTER THE MECHANIC WHO SUPPOSEDLY INSPECTED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE PASSED INSPECTION! THIS VAN SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD IN ITS CONDITION! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
