My husband and I have just returned from MW Auto Sales in Glen Allen, where we were unfortunate enough to disturb the Office Manager during lunch. The lot was deserted, and after ten minutes or so of watching him watch us through the glass, we entered the office where he failed to greet us and ordered an extra large pizza. After another five minutes he finished his order and I asked for a test drive. He asked if I was "ready to make an offer," and replied I would need a test drive to answer that question. He then informed me that he does not grant test drives without an offer, but he would be willing to allow it if I understood that he would not be negotiating, and was not willing to "take me out for a test drive just to have me offer $500 less." I appear deceptively young, but my husband and I do very well indeed. So yes, I have money. But TO SERIOUS SHOPPERS like us, looking to buy quickly, wisely, and without hassle, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and NEVER sign without a test drive.

First off, i did NOT buy a vehicle from MW. I am only rating based off of my initial inquiry. Everyone should know this is a no haggle dealership which i have never been a fan of, gives too much control to dealer and only is beneficial to customer if prices are good - mainly just makes it easier on dealer. I understand the benefit of no haggle is a faster transaction which may be prefered to some, but I am more concerned about maximizing my savings. While I found the price of their escalade not to be "bad" persay, i certainly have found others with 95% the same mileage and options for about 10/15% less at reputable dealers abroad. I made a reasonable offer on the escalade (still in fair market range) and they basically just said "no". I will seek out a more hungry dealer and drive farther if i have to to get the best deal as someting at this price point i want a great deal, not jut ok. Besides, if i wanted no haggle i would go to carmax.

These guys are the best! I worked with Lenny to purchase my Dodge Dakota. He was great - very easy going. no pressure yet very accommodating and helpful. The price I paid was most fair. Im 69 and this was my first experience with an independent car dealer. I was a bit apprensive but Im so thankful I found them. A couple of weeks after the purchase it had a minor issue with a hose. Lenny took care of it immediately with no hassle. I will continue to use M.W. Auto Sales as my first choice and will recommend them to my friends with no hessitation. My experience with M. W. Sales was a very positive one. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner when I entered the office. The salesman listened as I told him the type of car I wanted, and then he showed me the choices he had on the lot. Once I decided on the car, Matthew helped me get a loan. He took care of all the details when filling out the paperwork which made this experience quite easy. Even though my car was preowned, it looked like brand new. The detailing work was exceptional. Buying a car from M.W. Sales was my first experience working with an independent dealer. I know I will use them again when looking for my next car.

After searching for months we expanded our search and my fiancee found my truck two and a half hours away. Fitting all the criteria I was looking for in a vehicle we headed to look/buy the F-150. MW auto sales held it until I arrived which was after hours. The truck was better and cleaner and exceeded all my expectations. I viewed the car fax and signed the papers. I recently visited M.W. Auto Sales where I purchased a Ford Explorer. I could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service I received. The salesman Bobby was quick to greet me and helped me through my buying process. The Explorer was everything they told me it would be over the phone. It was a one owner and in excellent condition. They even helped me out after the sale when I needed a new key made. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer.

Great experience, My salesman Lenny made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole transaction; he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the complete buying process very easy going with zero pressure. I bought a car here and despite their no haggle rule, it was priced under KBB and very well priced under what my credit union valued it at. My only issue was that my battery was diagnosed as bad when I took it to auto zone within my 30 day warranty and M.W. Auto sales would not cover it.
