I searched on Craigslist attempting to find a used car for $3000. I came across Dependable Auto Sales in Ashland and they had several cars for $3000 accompanied with a 6 month warranty so I decided to go check them out. Im so happy I did. When I walked on the lot I was able to look at a few cars with no pressure to buy or the salesperson following you through the lot. I purchased the car and the paperwork was done within 10 minutes. The next day I took the car to the dealership for a check up and was told the drive belt was cracked but other than that it was a solid car. I called Marcus and asked if he could take a look at it. He said to bring the car in. He removed the drive belt and surprisingly there wasnt anything wrong with the drive belt, but since he took it off he went ahead and replaced it anyway. When I attempted to pay for the work he said not to worry about it. Marcus and Benita really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price.

Was looking for a used car that would last me fairly long, and luckily I found Dependable Auto:) They have a really wide variety of cars to choose from, that were in pretty GREAT conditions. Benita and Marcus are genuine people who are not just trying to get as many cars off their lot as fast as they can. There was a very minor issue with the car (driverside headlight would turn off while driving) but when we called them about the issue, they immediately assessed and fixed the problem within two days. Dependable Auto stands by their word without emptying your wallet. I have already told my parents and many others about Dependable Auto if they are ever in need of a dependable used car:)

Best experience working with Marcus and Benita. They were so pleasant to work with and patiently answered all of my questions. We were unable to find an agreed upon time that worked for us to go pick up the car and they actually drove 2 1/2 hours away to bring the vehicle to us!!! Marcus knows a TON about Prius and was very informative. He has the ability to do repairs and gave us a 6 month /6000 mile service plan and a year guarantee on the battery. This is very hard to find with used vehicles. No pushy sales approach that leaves you feeling pressured or dirty . Talking to them felt like talking to the neighbors next door... We will consider them in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Walking in to Dependable Auto was like walking in to a friends home you had not seen in awhile. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, down to earth and courteous I could not ask for better service. No pressure sales - as a matter of fact no sales at all. The cars spoke for and sold themselves. Clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Could not have asked or wished for a better experience.
