Words could never explain how kind, caring , loving and understanding Blake and my airport auto sales family is down to the dog Louie i this was the first time i have ever invested into a car and i must say its been a blessing to come encounter with such a great team of individuals , i have been with them for a year and a half and i have come across many obstacles being a country girl from the south in this big city of Virginia i am so thankful to have shared a friendship and and great car experience with airport auto sales, they have helped me out when i didnt have anyone to call on or even if i didnt have quite enough to make my payments if i was ever late i could call them and they would understand this isnt your typical car place this is more like a second family because they are really trying to help you in your time of need they understand things get hard and life just sucks some times they want to help you further you as a person. not to mention my car is great the whole year and a half that i have had my car i havent had any major issues or breakdowns . i really mean this when i say this airport auto sales was the best decision i have ever made and trust me i have made some pretty bad decisions in my life .Im going to end this review on a very positive note airport auto sales is the place to come to if you need a car you dont have to worry about anything they really really really take care of you as if they have known you for countless amount of years . I love My AIRPORT AUTO SALES FAMILY !!!! Come see Blake , Heather , Steve or Richard they will do everything they can to make sure you get a car regardless of your credit , lifestyle , age , it doesnt matter they take care of you hands down , they are by far amazing in what they do , how they treat you , the true concern and empathy that they have for you !!!!!!!

I was looking for a 4WD SUV and shown a Toyota 4runner and turns out its not a 4WD. Also tires have dry rot and only had vehicle for less then 3 mos I reported this back to them in the 1st week. Was told it passed inspection. I went to another inspection station they said they would report that inspection station to the state that passed this vehicle as dry rot happens from a long sitting time and heat from pavement they said. I brought in the cool month of Nov. Called more then once over the last 3 weeks and gotten no response or help. Very misleading and not happy at all, Costs thousands to get not what you ask for. I had to now file a complaint with BBB cause my calls and concerns are never being answered or any resolution. Not true Blake in regards to the tires.. these tires are dry rotted and which can never happen in a short period of time. They are cracking and are unsafe. The inspection station I went to get an option stated these tires should never been sold or passed by inspection. Plus I never got a quote for tires either. Another non fact.

I have been a customer of Airport Autos for three years now. The owner of Airport Auto Sales has been great, in finding the right vehicle for me and assisting me with any other needs or concerns I may have had. My vehicle is now almost paid off in only just a few more months from now and I will be either trading it in or buying an additional vehicle. They offer great payment plans and if youre trying to work out your credit and havent been able to get credit and you need transportation, then by all means, check out Airport Auto Sales, where they are sure to help to find you the right vehicle the same day on their lot, or just ask for what you want and they will do their best to find it for you. If you have a job, you are Guaranteed approval...I Love It!

Well i have never bought a car from them but my mother did and i paid a payment for her and used my credit card they proceeded to keep it on file and take it among themselves to charge two car payments to my account without authority from me the secretary to it in her own hands to do just because her car payment was behind and augued with me because i called them out on it and it has been 3 days and i have not yet to recieve my money back I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE I DO THINK THEY ARE TOTALLY CROOKS BY ALL MEANS. AGAIN dont use a credit card for any bodys payment cause she thinks she can do what she wants with other people money. She does not need to be dealing with any body payments.

This place is horrible. Bought a car in November, it broke down on the way home from Airport. They replaced the car but the motor blew within 2 months. It cost be almost $1100 to replace, yet the car broke down and left me stranded the very next morning after it came out of the shop. Since then weve had nothing but trouble. Its been in and out of the shop constantly and not cuts off and smokes horribly. Yet they refuse to give me a loaner even though Im paying good money for a car I cant use. Ive decided to return the car because I dont trust their mechanics know what theyre doing. Complete rip-off.

I have had a wonderful experience with airport everytime i call i get a very pleasant greeting from allissa im sure i spelled her name wrong i have enjoyed dealing with airport whenever i have any issues blake or steve are always there to help me out. I have recently i had an issue with being able to pay on time but they made sure that my account stayed in good standing i have recommend several of my friends to airport and always tell them to ask for blake or steve they make a fantastic team i will be purchasing from them long into the future

Airport auto sales has been a great place to deal with!!! We purshased our vehicle in August 2015, around the holidays we were in a financial bind. We were worried about losing our vehicle, but because we stayed in contact with them and made every effort to pay what we could they did not!!! Im happy to say everything is up to date now!!! And we greatly appreciate them working with us through this rough time!!!
