Vito and Kobe are experts of this craft and my experience with buying a car from them was grand! Those guys are very professional, accommodating, and always available for inquires. Their knowledge of vehicles are great, their recommendations for financing are spot-on (which netted me a 1.99% APR), there is no pressure to buy, no change-ups when you arrive, negotiation is possible, and they are very familiar with car buying process and your best interest is their priority! Vito even offered to pay half of my Uber bill (and it was high as I traveled from Baltimore). Overall, they are good-hearted guys and they make the car buying experience a comfortable one. Oh, as a result, I drove off today with a super clean, 03 Mercedes C240 at a very generous price; only 40K miles!!!! Check them out.

Very very very good experience. After looking around at the "other" used car dealers, Frederick Auto House stands alone. That is a big statement. These guys are simply put upfront, honest, and professional. I found a diamond in the rough. Great price with Low mileage, and not just the car I purchased, All of the cars on the lot had low mileage and very reasonable prices. I cant complain about Frederick Auto House. I dont need to hype these guys up, they have done it on their own. This will be mine and you should make it your first location to buy a used car. They were very helpful and honest. At no point did they try to sell us a car we didnt want, or try to push a more expensive car on us that we couldnt afford. When we bought our car, they took care of the registration and everything for us, so when we drove off the lot it had a license plate and we didnt need to worry about anything. After a couple days our car wouldnt start, and the mehancic came all the way to our house twice to fix it for us. It ended up just being a dead battery because we left the radio on, and even though it was our fault, they still took care of the problem for us. By far the best car buying experience weve ever had.

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday and as treated with respect and was given their full attention. We were allowed to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted which took us pass their closing time. The staff was very honest. Their prices were fair and their vehicle come with a 30 day/3000 mile warranty. If you are looking for a honest used car dealership dont think twice about making Frederick Auto House your first and only stop. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this establishment.

Kobe and the crew is absolutely amazing and professionalism is a priority! I drove 40 minutes to look at a car. They were friendly, efficient, and honest in giving me a fair assessment in picking the right vehicle for my daughter. I did run into a minor mechanical problem. Kobes first question was are you and your family safe!!! Love these guys!!! Its rare to find a local small trusted dealer!!!! You are safe in the hands of Frederick Auto House!!! Came too this place with pretty low expectations based on the prices of their vehicles. Boy was i surprised. Went too buy a car for my wife and walked out with a pretty nice low mileage car for a cheap price. Matt was a very good sales person that didnt push any particular car on us. His suggestions though were right on and the car we walked out with was the one he told us would be our best deal. When its time too buy a car again wouldnt hesitate too come back here!!

Non-intrusive and laid back service - Matt was very professional in suiting my needs. Not too often you can find a year 2000 vehicle with >40000 miles for under 4K, and I know they had other similar selections. A few weeks in and well over 1000 miles later (It is a commuter vehicle), the car runs as well as it did out of the lot - No Problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality commuter at a fair price.

I got a Honda Civic hgbrid 2006, from here at a very modest price compared to other dealers I visited, and so far my car is very performant. Frederick auto house offered me a 3 months warranty on some major components of the car for no extra cost. Moreover, the car was Maryland state inspected and certified even before I got there.
