I purchased a Vehicle here over the summer and had a great buying experience! The vehicle we purchased was a 2007 GMC Acadia. The salesman were kind and knowledgeable, answering any questions my wife and i could come up with.The vehicle came with a 30 day 1000mi. warranty from South Street, almost 90 days after purchase we had a blown transmission due to a factory recall from GM. At this time South Street is no longer responsible in anyway for me or my vehicle (30 day/1000mi. warranty). However the management team not only got me a new transmission at half the cost of the dealer, but also took the initiative to take it up with GM for a full reimbursement! I cant thank these guys enough for there efforts to keep a happy customer. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

, in a very good faith on February 14th 2013 I purchased a 2005 MAZDA RX8 ,after 15000 the engine broke down all the way, that means I had to buy a new one not matter what ,I called the dealer and they act like no one knows what was wrong with the car ,I get just less than 15000miles on it ,the car had 66369 miles when I purchased .. I ask them if they can install the engine for free since I just didnt drove that car at all ,of course no one cares about it and I ended paid $3534 from the FITZGERALD auto mall and another $2000 for installation ,so if anybody ask me what I think about SOUTH STREET I will say DO NOT BUY ANY CAR IN THAT PLACE BECAUSE THEY SALE USE TRASH CARS ONLY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE COSTUMER

Purchased a vehicle on 10/01/2016 with a trade in. Here we are 31 days later and my credit union has failed to receive the payoff. I spoke to Ruby about 1-2 weeks ago when I got a bill from the credit union on the traded in vehicle. She stated she would take care of it but never called to get an updated payoff and sent the check to some PO box she stated was on the title. I tracked the check and it was undeliverable. Had a great experience when purchasing the vehicle but this issue with the payoff is crazy. And Rudy acts like its no big deal but in another week it will show the payment is 30 days late because SHE FAILED TO SEND IN THE PAYOFF TIMELY AND TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.

Bought a used 2006 Ford ranger very nice truck and not a bad deal unlike most if you buy used you take on the responsibility for used with limited warranty of 30 days or 1000 miles so I expect it to be safe and run if it passed inspection In my experience you buy used you buy the luck and the problems since its used. You should always make sure you check what your buying and can afford it too. If you want something with more than that buy new or certified used Good deal I thought and they took pretty good care of us before and after the deal

Went in to look at a few cars my wife and I saw on their website, all which were still there and clean. The friendly salesman Tom Skinner came out to us after a couple minutes and asked if we needed help. We said why we were there, and he grabbed the keys to all the cars. My wife and I test drove a couple alone.. we picked the car we liked the most, and got great deal. A great sales staff, and we were in and out faster than we could believe! I definitely recommend South Street Auto Sales.

I worked with Steve last month to conduct research on 2 vehicles that I am contemplating for my soon to be driver daughter. Steve graciously let us test drive these vehicles to see if they were a possible match for my daughter who is just shy of average height. I have not completed my research but I loved working with them and who knows, I might find myself back at their door.
