The store is good, but the groomer is terrible. The did a great job the previous three times, but refused to groom him the last three times. He is inbred and from a puppy mill. He has had skin and eye problems his whole life. Groomers took him for the last 11 years. No problems. This groomer said that he had a few fleas. Thats why I pay extra for a flea dip. His skin is irritated. He needs a haircut and has had exema his whole life. She says that shes afraid his "skin will fall off" if she grooms him. I didnt see any vet licence in her grooming station. Hes been groomed for 7 years, no problem. Shes refused to groom him twice. Its ridiculous.

Theres always a line and one register open. They stopped carrying my cat food and of course theres no notice for that sort of thing, but having a cat with food allergies, a notice would be nice. Theres often times dog pee on the larger cat food bags that sit low to the floor, which j guess could be expected. I just asked an employee if I could get a rag to clean it up,. But he went out of his way to try and find a clean bag for me. Without any luck he cleaned it up himself and was happy to help.

Every staff member Ive dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. Theyve helped walk me through the confusing variety of cat products and helped me determine the best choices for my newly adopted feral kitten. In some cases their advice has been more useful than the Vets. In all cases they suggested the healthiest choices, not the most costly product. Its been wonderful to deal with people who are interested and know their jobs, rather than pushing brand names and collecting a pay check.

Good store for pet supplies and decent prices for bathing your dog. For the bad reviewers... its a petsmart... not a dedicated groomer. You tried to get it done cheap and thats what you got, a cheap job. And for the kennel cough.. your dog should be properly vaccinated if your pet is going to be groomed in a place where a lot of dogs frequent.. even a dog park. So I would think thats poor pet care on your part.

what a joke - this is nothing more than a money grubbing scammer lab. the fees and "wellness" program are a ridiculous overpriced. People should not support vets clinics like this. People thinking of going to places like this should got The Spay and Neuter clinic on Fulton. Their total cost for all puppy vaccines and deworming are less that 1 round of vaccines (no deworming ) at Petsmarts Banfield Hospital.

I just spent about $150 for an emergency room visit and drugs for my dog that caught Kennel Cough while spending a few hours there a little over a week ago. There is an expectation of a safe and clean environment when taking your pet to the groomers. Im upset that my poor little guy is sick and frustrated that I got a sub-par grooming package that costed me an extra 150!!! no more doggie day spa @ petsmart

This place has lots of pet supplies and smaller and larger animals to buy in good environments. They are always in stock, have lots of selection of many things, and have decent prices. Only thing I can realistically complain about is that wait at the checkout is usually long no matter how many other people are there. Despite that, this is still a great place to shop at.

I typically take my shihtzu here but the last week was the last time il ever go here, I picked my dog up and they said his ear had been bleeding when I dropped him off, that was bullshit I know it wasnt bleeding. They cut him then lied about it, the next day when he woke up his eyes were all goopy and he wouldnt let anyone touch them.

I like this petsmart a lot. Always clean and the people are friendly. I look forward to visiting the pets and take great joy in swing how many pets get adopted. Good customer service. The restrooms could use a little tiding up and air freshener. That being said they got a store to run and employees cant be everywhere at once.

Brought my three dogs to be groomed, have been taking them there for years. no one would come and open the door for me there were 4 people only one of them was working. Knocked on the door, rang the bell, waved at people stocking the shelves. Call Don the phone Grooming Salon answered suggested I try the Banfield door.

Looking to adopt a dog. Was told in order to take the dog out and play, youd to adopt first. Now they expect people to adopt without seeing how the dog acts around them? Very stupid. And on top of that were talking about how someone returned a dog after adopting. What do you expect! Very unhappy.

Plenty of different choices regarding pets needs, food, bowls, leashes, whatever your let could need, they have it. Grooming, a animal hospital, and an adoption center with the cutest dogs and cats youll ever see. This is my personal choice of pet store and I would recommend it to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would have. If you need something as simple as getting your dogs nails cut, dont take them here. That was the worst experience Ive ever had anywhere. They were rude, treated my dog terribly, and he was terrified by the time we left. DONT COME HERE.

We went to petsmart to look for another dog to join our family! The staff at the apl adoption at petsmart were absolutely amazing!! They were so nice and friendly! Dice, our new addition to the family has made new friends with our dog! We couldnt be happier!!

This Banfield clinic is a good one for the Vets and Vet techs. Unfortunately whoever is in charge of scheduling appointments and understanding the clients is lacking sense. Would have given 4☆s if the front desk staff did their job well.

My two dogs have had at least 6 haircuts there. You think they would know what they are doing by now. This is the worst haircut they have ever had! I think they only know how to give a good shave, very short cuts... on dogs.

Hurt my dog several yrs ago during grooming now she wont let anyone clip her nails. They had her in a headlock. Never took another animal to the grooming salon there again. Only shop there for food if i have a coupon.

Everyone is nice and the animals look health and happy. I know its animals so.... Unlike any other pets smart Ive been to... it smells. Use vinegar it neutralizes the urine smell.

Got my shepherd/husky mix groomed here and they did and Amber did an excellent job keeping my 2 1/2 year old pup calm for his first time. I will be bringing him back!

This is a store that carries a lot of pet products compared to smaller chain stores. Its always clean inside and a fun place to go visit the cats that need a home.

People are very helpful and all seem to love animals. Although there are two employees in their grooming department I would like to smack upside their heads!
