This is a horrible place, they do not know ANYTHING about reptiles or fish. All the girls they have that work there just stand around and chat like teenage highschool girls . Been in there once where a couple fish displays had fish eating othet dead fish, with fish carcasses in there too. Another time, over the course of a month, (4 different weekend trips) they had a very sick baby desert horned lizard with way oversized dead crickets each and every time. to top it off his eyes were shut because he was ill yet each time i went in there for the course of 4 weeks nothing had been done, nor changed. They also had their bearded dragons and reptiles on sand with food way to big for babies to even fit in their mouth.my adivce to them, with that many girls working there it shouldint be an issue. Have then learn about animal and be experienced before working in a rather SMALL pet store. Another reason this is unaccepptable. Lazy, and irresponsible people.

Have tried this location as it is close to where I now live but it is a horrible store .. The staff ignore you and stand around looking bored .. There doesnt seem to be any Management either .. And if there is they dont seem enthused enough to do anything .. They need to get a Salon there and get some sales generated because their prices are unrealistic as well .. I purchased Wellness/Core canned food for our dogs and it was Rotten .. They have such a lack of caring .. And that is probably why Not Many go to this location .. The Pet Supermarket Owners need to do more to bring back an atmosphere so WE want to go to this location .. Instead I much rather drive to Airport & Pine Ridge to Petco and get my food or even Petsmart as they also do grooming .. Shame on this Store ..

I was there October 9th looking for a brush for my dog, but ended up looking around for other things. I always come to this Pet Supermarket because of its convenient location and usual decent service. However, this time, while I was looking for treats, a very rude staff member (I didnt get her name, but she was blonde, wore glasses, and had a shrill voice) stopped me in my tracks and, with an awful attitude, asked me: "Can I help you with something? Youre running up and down the isles and youre not grabbing anything." I ended up leaving without buying anything and I will likely make the drive next time for better customer service.

As soon as we walked into the store, the first thing we noticed was the very pleasant sound of happy birds singing. We had been to two other pet stores that day and even though they had birds for sale they were silent and lethargic. I dont know why the birds at Pet Supermarket were so much happier but they were. If I was looking for a small pet I would definitely shop here! However, we were looking for a cat scratching post and found the prices a bit high. One very good thing was they had a large selection of American made posts on sale but not in the design we wanted.

Great customer service! Jordan and Sara are the best! As soon as I stepped foot in the store I was greeted, asked if I needed help. I did and I had a few questions which Jordan was very helpful and very nice!!! He asked Sara to engage with helping me figure out some things that were going on with our dogs. My experience was class A. I returned two weeks later and received the same service. Very nice to walk in and be noticed and helped:) Thank you for making my experience great!

Amazing service here. Every time i come in i am greeted in a very friendly manner. The atmosphere is wonderful and this is my go-to pet store. Only problems ive encountered is one woman who had full acknowledgement that a guinea pig was in the same cage with two rabbits and just shrugged it off. The care for the reptiles is great, not overcrowded like most chain stores. Its always clean, theres always staff around to help and they are very friendly.

Great Store Clean Helpful Staff, only concern its the fact that they sell used or display models and cant tell you if theres any thing wrong with it and if it doesnt work its your out of your money all well live and learn.

A good place to shop for pet supplies. I try to bring my dogs in here to get them out of the house. Prices are a little high, but selection is great. Staff very helpful and the store is usually clean.
