I had the worst grooming experience today with Tatiana M. The instructions were to give my 58lb labradoodle Theodore, the same cut he gets regularly which is a #5 blade cut. He came home shaved completely down ears and all with his tail looking like it hadnt been touched. Tatiana called my fiancé to let him know that my Theos ears were matted and she had to cut the matting out. That is normal and we thought nothing of it because they usually cut the hair in the back of his ears really low due to matting. When my fiancé got home with Theodore I wanted to cry. My dog looks like a rat and the hair on his ears have been completely SHAVED OFF. I couldnt believe that someone (especially a professional) would do this to anyones dog and of all days on the holiday. I immediately took my dog back to the salon to have the groomer explain why this happened. She insisted that she used a #5 on my dog. So I asked to speak with the manager, Jeff and took the hair length chart to him. I then show him #5 on the chart and compare that to my dog. He says that he doesnt know. I say to him I feel insulted that he would look me in my face and say that my dog is not completely shaved. He explained that he trusts what the groomers say but that the groomer probably shaved the rest of Theos body so that it would be uniform with his ears. So I ask if thats the case why would his tail be left untouched. I explain to Jeff that Theo gets matting on his ears and its usually just cut really low in the back of his ear. He says that he seen the matting on the ears and that he could bring the hair to show me how bad they were matted. He brings out the matted hair that was STILL damp. So that let me know that my dog had not been fully dried and combed/brushed out prior to getting shaved completely bald. Theodores appointment was at 7:15 a.m. and we didnt get a call about his ears until 12:40 p.m. So that leaves me to assume that he was washed and left to air dry which will likely cause matting. I still cant believe that a professional groomer would want to showcase this as her work. Not to mention that she was completely unapologetic. In the end the manager Jeff did have another groomer reshape my dogs tail and he did not charge for the cut and offered a free cut. But I did not appreciate the sarcastic comments by the manager as well as other staff members while trimming Theos tail. I asked if his tail was matted as well, the reply was yes and the reason for not shaving it down was because it wasnt matted to the skin. Okay but you leave it matted? Im just still in shock. I never write reviews but I just could not sit back and say nothing about this terrible experience.

3-25-17 When the cashier was ringing me up at the register, another employee, I believe it was a manager, reached across my basket and asked the cashier to check the price of a bag of food for another customer, no excuse me, and obviously no home training, the kind of service you get in a few stores in that area, and the cashier and the manager seemed to both be trying to rush me out of the way, like I wasnt as important as the other potential customer, did not appreciate that kind of treatment...positives- the store was well stocked, and prices are reasonable for the market.

People are helpful and store is seemingly always pristine. Almost strange how cheery everyone seem to be all the time. As for the grooming area here, my dog has dark nails which gives me a severe bout of anxiety anytime I try and trim them myself, but a clip and a grind here gets them close to the quick, and isnt too expensive with email coupons.

When I went there all I wanted was some nice new fish to add to my tank. Well, thats what I got. Except, when I bought them the man with working with the fish was very careless and reckless with the fish. By the time I got home two of the fish had died. Will not be coming back here

Everyone working there is pretty nice. They have a ton of pet stuff and you can bring your animal in with you just to shop. We also bring our dog to the vet located in the store. Its convenient but expensive. Everything you need for your pet, but not at the best price.

Came here looking for cats but couldnt find any really. They had them locked up differently then the other PetsMarts. Didnt really want us to hold them unless we wanted one. Apparently they dont understand how cats work.
