If I could give this place 0 I would!! Disgusting people and absolutely horrible management. My best friends parents brought their dog Willy here! See comments below: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! God forbid if anything happened to another family and their fur baby!! Please Read/see attached photo: DO NOT GET YOUR DOGS GROOMED HERE. By Adriana, specifically. We brought our Jack Russell Terrier here for his grooming. His eyes were very pink afterwards. Adriana claimed it must have been shampoo irritation. Strange. A day later he was at the vet hemorrhaging from his eyes. Where we were told that his throat was slightly damaged as well. Adriana then informed us he was left "in the back" for a while because they were very busy during his grooming appointment. Was he left on the table? In the grooming straps? How did these injuries happen? We have no idea. neither Adriana, nor the owner, Cindy will tell us. We were initially told he was roaming free. NOW Adriana claims he was crated. We requested video footage and were denied. Interesting? Their story was inconsistent from the get go. If nothing went wrong then what is there to hide? We have been customers at this location for years and we DO understand that things happen. We are not looking for a handout. HOW IT IS HANDLED is what counts and there has been ZERO accountability. YET TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER. This has been disgusting and scary. Please bring your furry family members elsewhere.

Awful, awful experience. The employees kept my small dog UNATTENDED on a grooming table, where he suffered life-threatening injuries after getting his neck caught in the harness (again - NO ONE was even paying attention to what was going on). Whats worse, the owner and manager lied to us about what happened, and only came clean after we contacted local authorities, obtained a warrant for the videotape of the grooming room, and saw what happened ourselves. Weve now been to the vet multiple times to treat injuries, and the time (and money) weve spent is far from over, as we still have follow-up appointments due to the seriousness of the injuries To top it off, the store refuses to pay the vet bills (and refuses to even get back to us about what happened). The best we can do at this point is get to our story out there and fight back! Weve got the videotape in the hands of our family lawyers and local news stations, and are trying to spread the message across social media as much as we can. If you love your little fur babies, I urge you to NOT bring them here. And if you care about the well-being of everyones pets, please help us spread the message about the horrible malpractice that is going on at this place!!!

The store has great products, food and friendly employees but the groomer leaves something to be desired. We tried this groomer twice and couldnt be more disappointed. The first cut was not what we asked for but we chalked it up to a communication breakdown. The second time we went we brought pictures and had very explicit directions on what we wanted. Our dog looked horrible and we were very upset. My wife left very upset and when she came home I called to talk to the groomer. She did not care at all and said to go find another groomer. We contacted corporate with pictures and they responded with an apology and they forwarded our email to the franchise owner. We then received an email from the owner who is very nice. She apologized and refunded us for the groom. We have really enjoyed going to this store since it right in town and we can walk to it. The down side is that the groomer has left us with a bad taste in our mouth and Im not sure we want to come back any time soon.

Whatever you do, DO NOT bring your fur babies here for grooming! They will overbook the groomers, endangering your pet just to make an extra buck. My in-laws brought their dog here and because the staff were so overbooked he fell off the grooming table and nearly strangled himself to death! When he started hemorrhaging from his eyes the groomer said maybe it was due to irritation from the shampoo- are you kidding?! My in-laws took him to the vet and he had damage to his windpipe consistent with strangulation. We only found out what happened when animal control demanded to see the surveillance video footage. To make things worse they now refuse to pay his vet bill!! This shop owner is despicable! I used to frequent this shop to get treats and toys for our cat and all the dogs in our family but they have lost my business for good! This type of negligence is unacceptable and I hope they lose their grooming license so no more innocent animals are harmed!

Normally dont write reviews of this kind but needs to be said after reading the other poor reviews. I went there two years ago and their store baked goods and selection of products had me ready to buy after I asked a few questions. However I was never attended to. Twenty minutes in that store and every person before or after was helped or asked if they needed, not once was I asked. Multiple times they asked others who might I add didnt buy anything. My experience in celebrations other stores was the opposite, sad to say this happened here. I tried my hardest to not feel it was a race thing but after having the same thing happen at a restaurant where my mom and friends were attended to and I was not ...yea :/

Ive been buying there for years. Always a good experience. Good products, good prices most employees as owner know me by name and help with big bags to my car. Also groom my dogs there and groomers do a good job. One of my dogs doesnt like baths and at first was very resistant to enter the grooming area but now she just goes in very calm which tells me she is fine.

On behalf of our 3 maltese dogs Sico, Loui and Mimi, we can only say: "They LOVE the new groomer". We have been looking for the right one for some time, and the new groomer in Celebration must have a magic touch. There is no shaking for days after a grooming anymore. Warmest regards Family Binau,.
