Do not buy saltwater fish here!! I researched their guarantee online before I purchased then found out that the guarantee only applies to fish purchased online. The fish I bought died within 24 hours of purchase to a tank that has been established for years. We looked at the Mentor store first and most of the fish there were dying, so we drove to Beachwood. The fish we bought appeared healthy, but obviously wasnt. Stores that dont guarantee their fish arent that confident in the health of them to begin with. I would have had no problems even providing a water sample.

I signed up for training here because we looked around the area and at $100-$150/hr for lessons, the 12 sessions for $230 was the best deal around. Better than a good deal, the training was FANTASTIC. We were paired with Lydia and the transformation in my dog and in the other dogs in the class was incredible. I worked in an animal shelter many years ago, and have seen a lot of people work with animals, she was really a gifted trainer and was well trained and it showed. This is the best deal in the area. They are flexible and convenient, I cant say enough great things!

I just canceled my dogs grooming appointment because I am still trying to correct the issues from the last appointment. I had to even his eyebrows, remove so much dander and give him a bath before he was able to stop scratching constantly. It appeared that he had not been bathed and was maybe coated with conditioner. I should have a taken a better look at him before I left the salon because now I am waiting for his his hair growth to improve before I take him anywhere else. I dont know what happened this time, but I wont allow my pet to be treated in that way.

We bought a very large crate for our dog that was on the very top shelf. I couldnt find the exact one I wanted until your employee, Sugar, figured out what I was looking for. She got it down for me which was not easy at all. She then helped me out to the car. Sugars attitude was awesome. She was kind and helpful and you are very fortunate to have her as an employee. Your store definitely has a helpful atmosphere. And this experience was exceptional. Please pass along my thank you to Sugar for all the help. It was much appreciated.

The only petco that has a tub to wash your dog. Kateline was most helpful on setting us for Izzy adventure for her first selfhelp Petco bath. $10.00 per dog for 30 minutes. They provide towels shampoo and a blow dryer w/wo heat. Five stars they rule

On three separate occassions I attempted to call the Petco to ask a question. The representative hung up on me each time. THe phone was transferred, I was placed on hold, the rep picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me

The saltwater section needs more care or needs to be taken down, and prices in general seem to be a little high.
