This is a family owned/run business and they are true animal lovers. They offer natural solutions for animals, including raw diets, and are interested in providing the correct solution for the health of your animal. If your pet has a problem with any of the food sold here, they will accept the return of the unused food and provide you with a new bag. They also have a "rewards" program for the money you spend in the store based on a punch card you can redeem for $10 off at a later date. I have been pleasantly surprised by this gem of a pet shop after our local Pet Supermarket closed. I truly appreciate the attention these true pet lovers provide in terms of customer and pet service, and recommend this shop to any dog/cat owner.

I took my 2 dogs into this store. I was making my purchase and the owner was right there. A customer asked me if he could give my dogs a treat. I asked him to give my one dog the treat in the palm of his hand. Instead, he used his two fingers to hold the treat and when my dog got excited, he proceeded to hit my dog 3 times on his nose. The store owners are calling it "tapping" but it was 3 hits to his nose. I never even got the apology that I was looking for. My experience there showed me nothing but a very unprofessional atmostphere, since the owner never stepped in to stop the abuse. I wont be back, and neither will many people I have told of this unfortunate event.

This business reminds me of the TV show, CHEERS. "Where Everybody Knows Your Name". What an experience? I drive from North Ridgeville, Ohio (Lorain County) to buy my pet food. I must pass by 20 pet supply stores to get to the Natural Pet Enrichment Center. It is worth the drive. They truly know how to demonstrate "How To Win Friends And Influece People, thru education and customer service. They offer natural solutions for your pets including Grain Free food and treats or raw diets. I recommend this pet lovers store to all my friends.

This is the very best store in the country to buy quality healthy food for your pet. Christine, the owner, is very kind, knowledgeable, on healthy food. This is a "must shop" if you want to keep your pet healthy and away from the vet. The store offers a multitude of healthy selections. This is one of the few stores remaining that offers the old time quality neighborhood store approach. I feel good supporting this store.
