This is the second groomer they hired who couldnt do their job that they are trained for. This was my first time trying this new groomer. My girlfriend brought my dog in for a groom and the new groomer Lauren butchered him really bad. I only wanted a trim on my Golden Retriever, but I got a failed 3rd grade art project on him instead. She was also very rude and oblivious to my girlfriend. I dont know what shes on, but she should not be a dog groomer. Save yourself some time and avoid this grooming salon. Ive heard better reviews from places not too far from here.

What a great experience! I worked with Jennafer at the front desk who was a pleasure talking with and made sure to keep me updated on everything happening. The manager Mikayla went above and beyond for me and took care of an issue I had with a bag of pet food. And Danielle in the grooming department did an awesome job with my husky, making sure his nails were trimmed just right! Thank you!!

Normally when you need help you cant find anybody but these guys are always very helpful and they never make up stuff if they dont know they tell me so and then they go and find out. Great store and great customer service
