I went to drop off my mom dog. When I went in the store it was a line with people and they dogs. When I went back there it was two rooms that looked connect together. It was people only in one room. I thought I was in the right line but obviously I wasnt. After being in the line for 15min another lady was talking to her friend and thats when I realize I was in the wrong line. When I went to the lady that does grooming the service I needed. I thought the line serviced everything and she inform me that it wasnt. All grooming services is by appt only. Im like my apt was 15min ago. She still reschedule me saying she busy. The whole time I was in line I didnt see them doing any grooming services being done otherwise I would have known I was in the wrong line. If it was by schedule only how come you couldnt still do my dog she wasnt doing anything until the next dog came in. The whole thing was off. This my mom dog and by experience today I will never go back due to my first time.

Not the cleanest or most inviting place but is staffed with people who are kind hearted. I dont often buy my dog food here because its overpriced, but we do often use their self bathing and grooming facilities. The self dog wash is great ( when its working). They often offer a card that is 5 washes for 25 bucks. I have a long haired dog so it isnt too easy to wash him in my tub without clogging everything and he hates the hose. The self wash is quick, easy, keeps the dog contained, and even has a drying system to dry them off a bit. The groomers we have only used for nail clippings, and they normally do a good job, only clipped him too close once in a few years. Another great thing about this place is it is a location for VIP Pet Clinic, a traveling vet service that offers shots and other services for very affordable pricing, way cheaper than any vet because you dont pay for a vet visit!

Against the advice of several dog owners, I was taking my Yorkie here for regular grooming. Today was the first time it took more then 4 hours and my dogs nail was bleeding on her right paw. I called the store and the manager said this sometimes happens when the nails are trimmed. This had never happened before. The manager then recommended I buy a product to stop the bleeding. After returning to the store, I told them i would not be purchasing any first aid but the groomer who caused the injury could pay for it. They patched her up and said the injury looked like the nail was caught on something. My dog was not bleeding before Id taken her to the store . Now shes limping and laying around and lacks enthusiasm. I should have listened to the many dog owners who told me not to use this store. Never again will they groom my baby.

Have gone here for dog grooming over a two to three year period . Lately service has been horrible . Especially this past summer - I am not sure if they decreased grooming staff - there has also appeared to be a huge turn over of staff . This past June they did not answer the phone for almost two weeks - we finally went in and they claimed no one knew the phones were not working appropriately for two weeks . I recently called and was told they are booked for two weeks and I cant get my dog in for grooming . This has never been the case - I will be looking for new dog groomers . Already noted two better places in Lyndhurst with higher reviews . Not sure how that place stays in business - horrible customer service !

Ive never been to this chain of pet supply stores before but this location I really liked. Came in for emergency pet care items because it was the closet to me according to my google search and was able to locate things very easily and the employees there are so friendly. Even found a few items I never knew they made for pets (I have a Jack Russell Terrier) and yes the impulse buy area got me to spend extra.

This was my favorite pet store until last week. Good prices, friendly employees, convienant locations. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit more than half of their fish were dead, including the betas in their cups, and when I brought this up to an employee it seemed as if they couldnt care less. I hope management gets the store back into good shape, Im a bit weary of returning any time soon.

My experience here is always good. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. We come here for their food and litter. Prices are always competitive or comparable to local grocery stores and they have products you cant find at the local grocery store. When Iams did their food recall due to contamination years ago this store placed signs up letting you know and took all of the food off the shelves.

I love their prices on pet food, always cheaper than petsmart for sure. I also like that they have a good selection of wheat free cat food that are very reasonably priced. Cheapest evo food Ive found. I also love going there after a holiday and buying the pet collars, toys and clothes that used to be 5-8 bucks and are now no more than 1 dollar!

I dont buy anything their, their prices are way inflated. However, they have a self serve dog wash that is $25 for 5 one hour washes. They have a really powerful blowdryer I use to blow out her coat during shedding season. One complaint is the water is very cold. My dog loves baths as long as theyre warm.

"Terrible," is what I told the groomer! The worse grooming I have ever seen on any of my dogs. Just moved here from out of state, gave them a try. Big mistake! Our dog is literally depressed by how poorly she looks. She generally is happy after being groomed, not this time.

Pets were all sick and fish were being eaten by snails from being left in there dead for days and 10 crickets per reptile that were an inch long and couldnt tell the gender of animals that pet supplies plus sells.

Sick Fish. We bought several fish that died within two days, we returned them along with another that was almost dead. Employees placed the near dead fish and the water he was in to a tank of healthy fish.

Still a better option than the larger chain pet stores. Grooming salon is great, ask for Amanda, she does a great job on my Dog! They will price match Amazon fyi which gives me reason to shop local.

Great prices and selection, even though there are multiple chain pet stores in the area, my wife and I end up coming here the most. If you are looking for fish supplies, look else ware.

Management is clueless as well as some of the employees. Very slow on ringing up items and dont open up additional lanes for ringing up until everyone has waited too long!

The staff is amazing and very helpful, all of them from the greeter to the manager. Great prices,and yet they will still price match if you find a lower rate elsewhere.
