Extremely pleased with the dog training program that this particular PetSmart offers. Becky, the trainer, has done a phenomenal job of training my dog, Leslie, basic and intermediate commands. She is extremely customer focused and has become an indispensable resource in training my dog. She is consistently willing to go way above and beyond her regular duties and offer hyper-tailored advice to help my dog out. It is always a pleasure going into training sessions and would highly recommend any dog owner with a new puppy or a dog owner who wants to teach their puppy more advanced skills to sign up for a class with Becky. She really is passionate about her craft and cares about getting her students to the next level. Overall, the staff at the store are great and they have the majority of the products I need and the convenience of shopping before and after training sessions is a plus. I would recommend training at a store rather than private training at ones house for the added convenience.

this place was absolutely terrible to my puppy. I took her in to get a bath and her nails trimmed and when it was finally time to get her she smelled worse and her nails looked like they took a cheese grater to them. Also some of her nails werent even cut or they had frays, not to mention it took them forever just for a bath and nail trim. Last thing that just made it worse was that the manager I called didnt even care that the lady helping me was rude to me and didnt do her job correctly so that manager was just great! I will never come back !!

My husband and I went in with our new pup and a lot of questions. We got all the answers and products we need! Everyone was great with her and helpful to us. Would definitely recommend! I arrived at the store after having a bad experience at similar store. I really like the variety offered and appreciated the attentive staff. They werent as knowledgeable as I would of liked, however they were available to me to assist me, and not texting on their phones like the other store I went to!

I recently brought Gunther a poodle rescue in for a new makeover. My groomer was highly skilled, and patient with my antsy little Gunther. She was very kind and took pride in her work. My only regret is I didnt get a card from her, or her first name. Her last name was McPhee and I highly reccomend. A+++

The best! They dont sell cats, dogs or exotic pets, but provide space for rescue animals to be seen and find forever homes. We also have PetSmart in Canada too, but when I come to the US PetSmart is the only pet store I will use because of their charitable programs.

Took my cat to get a lion cut haircut, and Olga did a fantastic job on the haircut and trimming of my cats nails. Also, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back there again, and highly recommend her to anyone whos looking for a cat groomer.

Was a little upset with my puppy haircut. But they fixed it... Even tho I had to wait another day and they had my dog for a total of four hours. Next time Im only sticking with the guy with the dreads, he is awesome.
