The store manager Tony is very rude, disrespectful, and definitely dont know about customer service this guy need to take some training about how to thread customer. My name is Dolores I live in Lakeland Florida I went to the Lakeland store to use a store credit to purchase a Midwest Ferret Nation Cage unfortunately this Pet Supermarket store didnt be able to get my store credit because the register system was different so they told me to go to the Bartow store before I went there I call to be sure they take the store credit over the phone the store manager Tony was very rude but he told me if I pay the cage Friday he can send the cage to Lakeland store and I can get the cage. When I arrived to the store Tony was very understanding, very rude, very argumenta, told me that all the store have the same system that he cant take the cage to Lakeland I ask him to call the Lakeland store refuse to call, no definitely he have to be bipolar because switch like a light switch. I bring my concern to corporate. This manager Tony dont even deserve a 1 star I wish I can take that star..

It looked very clean and all of the animals we saw looked healthy and content enough. Most of the cages are open and you can pet the animals. There werent many of them, though. The staff we did interact with were friendly and offered their help if we needed it. For being so small, they have a lot of different products. I would always recommend adopting over buying from a pet store, but this seems like a nice enough place if youre looking to buy a pet. When we went they did have a few adult cats that were waiting to be adopted. Not sure if they had a separate room for people to socialize with them.

I went to this store to buy my son a fish. I was willing to buy the fish, tank, accessories, etc. However, upon entering there were four employees at the door just chatting. Not one of them offered assistance or came back to the fish area to offer help. We ended up going the cheapest route and chose a beta fish and container from the beta display. We noticed one beta on display was dead. When we went to the front I let them know and the employee said "yea, ok". They kept on talking and we paid and left. Very poor customer service! I will not go back.
