Im really upset with PetSmart they discontinued the dog food that my paralyzed dog was eating the only dog food that helped him grow his coat back also it help them from throwing up and they discontinued it after him being on it for 3 years and imagine having a paralyzed dog in a pool that has diarrhea all night hes still not used to this new food I started him on I got from PetSmart what happens when they discontinue it the same old problem I dont think they should ever discontinue a product and if they were they knew I was buying it there all the time I would buy the big bag $62 after taxes for 24 pounds in the poor little Feller still having problems that was a real setback on their parts see you had them all natural chicken sweet potatoes peas grapes and flaxseed in the dog food I was getting and you can see this flax seeds and you can see the little sweet potatoes you can see the sweet peas you can see the grapes but what Im getting from there now they put it all in one little pebble and its seven and a half the peas and all that in it but its combined in just the pebble and I dont like that you should warn the customer that youre going to change and I dont think they should change because that just messes up every dog stomach and now my poor little paralyzed dog has this little pieces of poop that just keeps coming out of his behind because they wouldnt change that dog food and discontinued it one that was making him so much better and he loved it shame on you all I even called the 1-800 number on the back and she wasnt much help

uncaring staff, just the run of the mill center. If your looking for regular priced, grain filled and mainly rice, corn, and gluten food for your loving pet, go here.... Honestly for the same price just go to a specialty shop and get healthy food. theres a few alternate healthy stores (AT THE SAME PRICES HAHA) right near this location. "Le Pup" is my new favorite, not to mention that way your supporting local business. For a chain i expect a knowledgeable staff.... well... these are clearly just job hoppers working here. They appear at first to care but they also have an entitlement to business it seems.. They seem to brush off questions and dont care if they loose my business. i tried this place twice and both times... not good. If i have questions i usually get a run around answer or "this works".. Two stars at best... Why wouldnt i just go to Walmart? i mean really, i feel i would get better service... Hello petco? are you listening to the people reviewing your business?? Train your people!!! half the reviews are being nice with 4 stars... time to wake up! and look at your one stars! JEEEZ

Just stopped in quick to grab crickets for my sons pet bearded dragon. The representative was assisting another customer so I waited. After five minutes passed the representative walked to her station and did not acknowledge me. She then went back to the customer to assist with fish. Knowing she would be tied up getting multiple fish for the customer I went to another associate. This person informed me that only the one associate could get crickets. Great job PetSmart. Great customer service. One less customer to worry about. What a shame since it is the most convenient. Came back second day to give them 2nd chance. Same customer service. While Im sitting here waiting again I though I would update post. Unbelievable.

I had the most terrifying experience. I always took my dog to the petsmart in Altamonte. However we moved to the Orlando area and decided to try the Ocoee petsmart. Dont EVER bring your dog to them. When I went to pick up my dog I watched one of the groomers hurting a little dog because he bit her while she was grooming. When she was done she handed me my bill with an extra charge on it for special handling. Her excuse was my dog is cranky. I have decided to take this to corporate and NEVER again bring my dog to this place. Vanessa should not be allowed to handle dogs. My dog has been crying ever since we got him home. I urge you to not put your dog through this abuse.

The employees truly love pets, and they are smart about where products are located and the best products to use for a pets needs. There is a wonderful selection of all types of products, and the prices are reasonable, especially with a free Pet Perks card from the store. The groomers do a great job and the Banfield veterinary clinic is so convenient - right inside the store. Recently my kitten hurt her leg and they were so gentle and kind that she did not even meow or struggle to get away when they wrapped her leg. This is my favorite pet store.

The grooming is not the best. It looks like I tried to do it myself. I have two dogs and brought both of them here. For a total of $138, I would expect a great job, it was very choppy and its just bad overall. I didnt get what I paid for but hey, cant do anything about it. They also seem very disorganized, from what I saw, they dont work together so its just a mess. The pet store is fine, just would bring my dogs there again.

Spent $25 for dog bath and extra $17 for nail clip and grind. Bath is to easy since my dog LOVES his bath...I just hate nail clipping. Got home and working in office, take a moment to reach down and rub his tummy and when he lifts his leg, I see the black dirt under his "pits". Just a bit disappointed since is so easy to wash. Not so much with nail clip, so I had pity on stars.

The staff was cheerful and eager to help. They were able to answer my questions, (I had lots) and they were patient and educational. Prices were better than the other Pet Store. Service is importantant to me and they delivered. The girl that groomed my new dog did a great job too.

Bad, Bad ... My Bichon came out horrible. They didnt charge me but I will never take my dog there again. This area needs a good dog grooming place. I moved to Orlando from New York and I have never seen a place like this. No good dog grooming places!

My Shihzu has the best grooming from Vanessa I have ever experienced. He is very particular in what he will stand and Vanessa goes along with my instructions and we both love her for that. They really CARE for my pet at Petsmart!

This location smells like animals, unlike the Winter Garden store, but our shipping experience was easy and pleasant. I also like that this location is less busy.
