My two girls (doggies) had not been groomed since December . Reason: their amazing groomer in the Davenport PetSmart moved out of town after she groomed them for 10 years!!! Didnt know who to trust.. they are almost 15 years old and can be fussy .. Kayla has her hotspots and allergic rashes are back.. and Sydney was a tangled mess.. Well Courtney spoke with me before she brought the girls back and actually listened.. I literally just walked all around the mall nervous about my girls for 3 hours.... only to come back to pick them up and they were perfect!! Courtney is awesome!!! Best groomer and a true professional! Yes she listened!!! They pranced out looking beautiful! I would highly recommend Courtney as a groomer especially with elderly doggies.. she is patient and precise! I hope the Manager has some type of accommodation for her.. Courtney is my new Groomer! Very lucky to have found her.. Kayla and Sydney thank you so very much as does their mom!!! Awesome!!! who to trust

I was there this afternoon and I went to buy my dogs prescription food. I thought I could just go in grab it and go. The rude woman at the register told me "You have to have a prescription to buy this food" I tried to explain we have a precription for the food. What she wasnt explaining was I had to go get a second one and bring it to her Ok no problem, then she decided to be VERY RUDE and ring it up and felt the need to show us and point as a "see, i told you". I never said I didnt believe her. I understood the first time. She doesnt need to be condesending to prove a point. She CLEARLY hates her job. She obviously doesnt want to be there. I want to be at a petsmart that the employees love working with pets and is happy to be there. Not leaning on the back of the register station or sitting on it waiting for a reciept to print. The only time I will ever go here anymore is when my dogs need to go to the Vet. Im tired of the rude employees here.

If I could give a negative review I would. I decided to stop by to buy my cat food instead of stopping at Publix because I was thinking that it will be a quick short stop since its a pet store. I went and got the food in less than 3 minutes got in line at around 4 03 p.m. and I just left it is 4:18 p.m. I would have been out faster if the relief cashier actually took the people who were next. Instead she allowed people from behind me to go to her. Even when I voiced my disapproval of the situation which I said in a calm voice, I am looked at by the customers in disapproval. I have 4 customers check out before me that arrived after just because they arrive arrived the cashier called them to her way. I was not about to be rude and say no I am next. Never again will I shop there. A 5 minute stop turned into a 20 minute stop for slow, and incompetent service!

The WORST grooming experience and service I have ever had. I am not one to ever complain but this visit deserves a review. I decided to give PetSmart grooming a try and booked an appointment with Drianna. She made it halfway through the grooming process and decided to turn me away because he was acting up and she has "a 60% chance of infection" if he bit her. I have taken my cat to two other groomers in the past and had no issues. After being turned away, I went to Wolf Gang Bakery & Grooming of Windermere (15 minutes down the road) and they were able to groom him with no problem. The groomer could not believe what a horrible job PetSmart had done. PetSmart has lost my business. Do not take your pets here.

By far the best pet store weve ever shopped from. Weve been bringing our English Bulldog to this Petsmart for years, whether it was pet training to grooming or purchasing food, every staff member ever employed at this store has always been great to us no matter what the issue was. More importantly, theyve always taken care of our pet Luna and they love her and she loves them back. If you have the chance to bring your pet to this store, your in for a treat.

They were out of a product and the manager checked to see when they will be getting more in and he was great.The rest of the staff acted like it was an annoyance and they were doing you a favor. The girl at the register was slow and could care less of the line buildup.

Used the online service to make an appointment for grooming then got a call that they were overbooked. They cancelled the appointment didnt even offer anything for the inconvenience. So disappointed with there system. Woman who called wasnt even nice about it.
