When we were first thinking about taking our baby boy to Petsmart we read horrible reviews; decided that this could not be true so we took our precious puppy...One of the cashiers recommended the groomer and for a year and a half we took him there. He was always three hours or so and we wondered why it took so long. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMAL THERE. The last time we took him he had been there over three hours so we went to the store and looked through the glass window and found her "just finishing up". We walked around the store, went back fifteen minute and we wasnt up on the table. So, we went in only to find him tied to a table sitting in dog hair--his and who knows what other animals. When he saw us, he looked up as if to say "why am I tied to this table". The groomer saw us and said he is not ready, I didnt call you and I have been working on him for three and a half hours--he was knotted all over. We dont believe he was knotted because the day before I had combed every inch we a flea comb. All is "report cards" from the groomer had said he was a great shape. We let her finish, took him out and for some stupid reason I gave her the usual tip. We looked at each other and said never again. We wonder what he had gone through in those eighteen months. He now goes to a private groomer--two ladies in the shop. They rarely put the dogs in a cage and are finished in a hour and a half. Much better clip, easier on the dog and us. And it is $10 less. Please dont take your dog here. I have never written a review that was negative to a business. This is 100% accurate. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sorry, Petsmart but you need to change your grooming salon.

Dont buy any fish from this store! They all are carrying disease! Their in store aquarium system of 30 or so tanks all share and circulate the same water supply so if one of their fish is carrying a disease or parasite, assume every one of the 500 + fish they have for sale are also infected! 3 weeks ago we bought 16 feeder goldfish (comets) for our outdoor pond and 2 gouramis and a pleco to add to our very healthy, well established school of aquarium fish. In less than 3 weeks all the goldfish have died. Of the indoor aquarium fish I bought there 3 weeks ago, 1 gourami and the pleco have died and passed their disease to all our aquarium fish. They show no signs or symptoms of anything and go from perfectly healthy to dead in less than 24 hours from onset of symptoms. In this case we have gone from 28 fish down to 4 in just 3 weeks, with one or two fish dying every other day or so. My fault lies solely in not placing the new fish in an isolation tank.You can imagine with PetSmarts policy of having to bring the dead fish in for a new one (not getting your money back but getting another diseased replacement fish), I would be driving over there on an almost daily basis these past 3 weeks making the cost of gas and my time to get there more than what the fish cost me to buy in the first place. Its very apparent their fish are all carrying disease or parasites and they should not be selling any of them to the public! Its shameful! They have lost my business.

Devastated!! On recommendation I took my beautiful, mild mannered, loving, friendly and out going 15 week old puppy to the store today to have his first puppy hair cut. Two and a half hours later, I brought home a grazed, sore, anxious, timid and very frightened puppy. The groomer claimed it was a graze he already had on his skin. NO WAY. I have pictures of the red raw area that has obvious razor trim. He now cant sit due to the discomfort he is in. Constantly trying to chew the sore area and is frightened of sudden movements. Whilst we were waiting to book him in at the groomers, we saw one grommer knick the toe of another dog and then she scolded him when he cried out in pain. I wish I had followed my gut to scoop up my puppy and run then. I WILL be making a cruelty complaint in the first instance and then also taking this further. PetSmart and their aggressive grooming has not only hurt my puppy but also ruined his lovely tempriment and loving personality. I am furious and very upset. DO NOT let this happen to your pet.

Went into the store to look at some turtles and came across the best customer service I have ever had. My boyfriend and I went in to get some things for our new turtles, and along with those things, many many questions, I asked for some help and Sammy was there with questions to answers I didnt even know I had. He helped guide us through the process and make sure that we had everything that we needed,and that any questions or concerns were taken care of. He helped with filters, tanks, and everything in between, even bringing everything up to the front of the store for us so it was ready to go. He was fantastic from beginning to end and will definitely be going out of my way to return to this location just because of him. Thank you for all your help Sammy!! Our new turtles are loving their new home.

I absolutely love this Petsmart !!!!! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I also use their grooming services my Khloe gets the best treatment ever time. but what topped it off was the amazing training we received today with Sina S, she was AMAZING !!!! I walked in being walked by my one year lab (draggin) on our FIRST class I walked out actually WALKING my dog without being dragged. She took extra time after class and helped me and my husband on all of our questions and concerns. We are very excited for next weeks training and I recommend this training to everyone ! Sina is amazing she knows what she is doing and how to handle the dogs, she made us feel comftarble just an experience Im never going to forget thank you Sina ! Our family will forever be thankful.

Use the grooming services at this location for nearly a year with no issues. Book him in for tomorrow morning and they phoned me today and tell me they do not have his rabies on file. Why? I have no idea, because when he was there one month ago they had it just fine, and it is not changed until June of this year. I advise the girl who phoned me, but she could walk next door to Banfield and get a copy, To which she abruptly replied "I have no time" she then put the phone down on me, which infuriated me to the point that I phoned back and screamed at the next two people that I spoke with. This is the least professional location I have ever dealt with, and I will never, ever, subject my poor puppy to that level of incompetance. DO NOT USE PETSMART GROOM SERVICES.
