Previously I have been satisfied with their grooming service. I cannot remember the groomers name, but she has been there by herself for many months. She has been friendly and professional with me, and she treats my dog well (especially since she is a pain to work with). Last week I took my dog in and they had a new groomer, Mattie (I think). She has no personality and I felt like an imposition. As I said my dog is difficult, and she may have been rushing to finish the job, but in her haste she cut a nail too short and got the quick. She didnt seem to notice but my dog did. There was no apology or even acknowledgement. Hey these things do happen with grooming, I do know that. Still you should at least say something.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. We have been bringing our puppy here regularly since we brought him home a few months ago. Every single employee is welcoming and friendly. They love our puppy and truly make us feel special while we are there. The manager knows us and knows our puppy by name. If we have any questions, he is always quick to offer recommendations or suggestions without pushing a specific product. The store is always clean and neat and their prices are very good with a great selection. Couldnt ask for a better place to shop with our little one!

I stop here regularly for chinchilla supplies. I noticed today they had 2 chinchillas in stock. I began talking to a sales associate who asked my opinion on chinchilla care. I was thrilled that she promptly put my suggestions into effect. Pet Supplies plus has much better chinchilla care than what Ive seen at Pet smart and other stores and a great attitude toward caring for their animals. I appreciate that they took my suggestions seriously and will continue to shop here.

They have a nice higher-end selection of pet food as well as various products, toys, etc. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products and are happy to help you find ones to fit your needs and solve your problems. They also sell handmade dog treats, which can be hard to find. The prices for all of the products are good, but the food they sell is typically high-end. Ive never seen Alpo or Purina there. They also allow pets inside, which is always nice.

This was just sad..a good 5 of the 20 or so Beta fish there were actually alive. They all had some serious fin rot, I was very dissapointed to see the poor care of them. On top of that, in one of the fish tanks almost every frog was dead. I wont be returning to a pet store that cant take care of their own animals.

Always friendly staff. They have a great deal on SELF bathing for your dog. Dont miss this. Everything is new including a dryer. Spotless floors. Neat and orderly.
