Self service dog wash is great, but the business aspect is not. Twice I have had issues taking my dogs to get their nails trimmed. I have tried to make appointments but they continue to tell that they just do walk-ins during business hours (10 - 5). A couple months ago, I showed up at 3 and they didnt have staff available to do it. Told me I should call ahead of time to make sure someone will be there. Today, I called and asked if someone would be available around 4:30. They said yes, but they close at 5. I told them I would be there as close to 4:30 as I could as I was driving from Charleston. I rush home to get my dogs and get there by 4:40 and they have already closed shop!! Not a good way to do business.

After reading relatively positive reviews and hearing from a friend that this was a great place that offered nail clipping for $10, we decided to bring our dog in to have his nails clipped. Now, we have had him at other grooming salons, namely House of Hounds, and he has always been well behaved and has never made a sound when having his claws clipped. Very different story at this salon. Our dog started screaming like he was being skinned alive. After which, we were told it would be $15 instead of $10. Once we got him back and in to the car, we noticed blood spots and streaks all over the back seats, which was clearly coming from either one or multiple bleeding claws. We will NEVER be going back there again.

Disappointed in the job I paid for. I have been several times to self wash my dog and to get his nails clipped and have had nothing but great service! Today, I asked for the de-shed service. I didnt pay close enough attention in the shop but when I got home, there was still a ton of hair on my dog. After brushing, I had *5* brushes full of hair. He may be a shedding dog but that seems excessive after an appointment like this.

I was very disappointed in the grooming of my Maltese. I showed them a picture of how I wanted him cut and he looked NOTHING like the picture. They completely shaved around his eyes and nose even into the top of his head. Then the next day, around his neck in even distribution, we noticed red scabs which had not been there prior to the grooming. I will never go here again.

The groomers were so nice and really care about the animals. Very neat and clean on the inside. Grooming was reasonable price. Highly reccommend.

Best place to take your dog to get groomed. Cheaper than anywhere around and best service. Take advantage of the self service (24/7) dog wash.

Best place for pets around! Dog wash is affordable and makes bathing your pup 10x easier. Staff are friendly and facilities are open 24 hours
