Hmmm... Ill give it two stars. This is due to my recent shopping experience with my boss yorkiepoo puppy. I am an assistant/stylist to Mrs.Pickler- Jacobs who passed through Spartanburg before and was scheduled a tour in Greenville/Simpsonville this Friday night however things came about and postponed the show. Coming through the area, my boss wanted me to take her sisters ( Courtney) puppy to this location and pick up some organic/gluten free/diary free treats so she sent me to this location. Once I arrived I was greeted by a young lady (I didnt catch her name) but she had medium length black/deep brunette hair (she was very sweet and the reason why this place didnt get 1 star). Now I have no idea if I was their only Black male customer, but I definitely felt like it. The other staff and customers were very "put off" with my boss sisters dog (or maybe it was me?). One lady gave my boss dog the look of death, I mean for what? Or was that look for me?... Sure the puppy was super hyper but hes only 9 months. Due to this, I reported my experience to my boss and she was not pleased (she actually wanted me to spend a lot more, but I was texting her throughout my time at this location). Bottom line, I did not feel welcomed and if I never had gotten a greeting like the young lady at the front had given us, I wouldve left and told my boss we have to find another place. Just a tip, you never know who youre dealing with so treat everyone equally and give the young lady at the front a raise at least she acknowledged my boss dog and myself.

Lets hear it for small businesses! Paisley Paw is all about small town, personal, family oriented service. My first visit, about a year ago, dispelled the notion that it was a snooty, hoity-toity shop. Far from it. There is a wide selection of toys, treats, travel gear and premium dog food for very reasonable prices. In fact, from my third visit on, store owner Robin, knew my name, my dogs name and treated us as valued customers weather we spent $5 or $50. We recently tried out the diy dog wash and loved it. Robin provides all your products, towels, apron, dryers, a grooming table, even some tips and tricks to make things easier. Spartanburg could use more stores like this. Nothing beats personal service and a friendly atmosphere! We wont shop anywhere else for our dogs needs.

Excellent customer service! I came to Paisley Paw looking for good dog harness with my 8 month old 70 pound puppy in tow. I had just been to Petsmart in town but the store clerks there were not very helpful. At Paisely Paw, Robin took a lot of time to fit my puppy for a variety of harness styles and made sure we had one that I was pleased with and that fit my pup properly. She was also very gentle and patient with my pup. Although the prices are a little more (but still reasonable) than the chain stores it was definitely worth it for the customer service and a higher quality product. It was also nice to be able to support a small local business. Very pleased with our experience at Paisley Paw!

They have a great selection or products and fantastic DIY place to give your dog an amazing bath. They also have a fantastic groomer in the store several days per week.
