Staff is knowledgeable, genuinely interested in getting to know your pets and you, Petco price matches any of their competitors in store prices (and will order and get anything on their website shipped to your house for free if you want that online price matched) Competitor coupons always welcome. Services include Grooming Salon that has an experienced staff, Dog training group sessions offered at various times from puppy to adult to American Kennel Club certified training. Private training sessions offered for more difficult behaviors that require one on one attention, or for people who the 6 week classes dont fit into their hectic schedule. Aquatic department featuring fresh water fish (no salt water aquatic life), small animals from mice to hamsters to Ferrets to parakeets to snakes to lizards to turtles. Huge selection of top tier brands of dog and cat food.

Used to come on regular basis. Will never come in and buy anything from here again. Had goldfish in bags to restock. More than half the fish in the two separate bags were dead. They bags were depleted of air and they were suffocating. I understand you have to leave them in for a about 10-15 mine for temperature purposes not hours. Told an employee he walked over shook the bags around and walked away. Told the 2 other employees and left. Could imagine how well the poor reptiles and other animals are kept considering they cant even maintain some goldfish. Not that I would ever recommend buying reptiles from a chain like this.

Went in to have my dogs nails trimmed. Called ahead of time since we have never been there and I asked the cost and also if I need to bring anything or make an appointment. They said come in anytime and $10.00. Brought my dog in and they said they needed her rabies information. I let them know she had her tag on and they did not let me know I needed to bring this. I drove all the way over there for nothing and they were not very nice either!! Will never go back to that Petco for anything ever again.

I bring my dog Charlie to petco because the store is very clean, the groomers are attentive and clearly love animals and grooming. Lori C. is my groomer of choice, because she is so detail oriented. Even though she has groomed Charlie several times she always reviews my instructions to make sure that she understands what I need. Petco is not only a convenient grooming location, but they also stock the food and pet supplies that I use the most.

Better then pet world! They have done so much for me and my wife. Giving us coupons, being friendly to our animals, nice to us, very smart when asked for advice and they know us by name. DO NOT GO TO PET BAZZAR! They lied to my wife about the snake policy, were rude to me and condescending. Petco is the place to go. The owner of Pet bazzar is a self entitled arrogant jerk! And the owner of pet world is too!

My favorite part about this store is the groomer. Her name is Kimberly. We love her! Our dog Narley gets super happy and excited when he finds out he is going to see her for a spa day. He is a big dog and not always the easiest to maintain but she is beyond great with him and you can tell he loves her. He will never go anywhere else for grooming services. Highly recommended!

Everyone is so courteous, friendly and helpful. The price could be better, though.But I do like the discounts I get with my rewards card. I also am unhappy that one or two of my favorite brand products have been discontinued, but understand maybe sales werent enough to make them profitable.Their groomers did a fabulous job with my dog, too!

After walking the store for 10min.I told a teller that I was going to purchase some feeders he said okay and I walked to the tanks 20 mins later as I watch all the employees sit at the front of the store and shoot the breeze still not helped I was forced to catch and bag my own fish..my advice go to petsmart..
