I dont even give this a 1/5 rating more like -5.... HORRIBLE!!!!! First off, when I showed up he looked like he wasnt ever cut. His whole body was the same length. I have a Yorkie so its easy to tell. His face hadnt been trimmed except for his nose. I dont think they even clipped his nails and if they did they only clipped his front ones. Dont waste your money! I specifically said cut his whole body. I took my dog home and had to give him a cut myself. Then they never let my dog out while he was there so his leash had pee all over it when I took him home.

WORST experience ever I had to hold back the tears when I took a loot at my poor poodle !!!!! I showed the lady a pic of what I wanted my dog to look like and told her to leave his hair longer because of the cold but she shaved him almost to the skin and his topknot was so crooked and stupid looking that she had to shave it off ! His face has chuncks of hair where she did not evenly shave him . This is the worse cut ever !!!!!!!!

Im so so pissed I visited out of curiousity and went to find a Bearded Dragon, so dark you can barely see her markings. There was a much larger bearded dragon hogging literally everything. Light, food, you name it. Even though they had SO many free tanks. She is going to the vet soon, but I already know she has yellow fungus, parasites, tail rot, and damaged scales. I would have never spent a penny if it wasnt for her.

A lot of these reviews are silly. Wolfgang is always friendly and helpful, but there is a prevailing attitude in and around Boiling Springs that if you arent kissing butt you are being rude. I buy my fish here as often as possible and they are always healthy and the tanks are typically pristine. I only fault them for the selection being somewhat limited.

A large variety of animals as pets with a very large aquarium area with lots of choices for fish. There are lots of accessories for many types of pets. Staff is always friendly and its fun to visit to see the various animals as it changes quite often.

Very clean store, wonderful selection, friendly and helpful staff. The owners are friendly and interactive. A great place to take care of your pets, get a new pet and support a local owner operated business.

I hate this place. There was a mouse having respiratory issues and struggling. And I literally stepped on 4 dead fish laying on the floor. I do not suggest this place.

These people know their fish. Any questions about an aquarium and how to take care of your fish. This is the place to go. And a very good selection of fish also.

Had my 2 dogs groomed there. They were gapped up. Nothing shaved off their ears. Had to touch them up myself. Definitely wasnt worth $42.50 each.

Had a Oscar most stores sell for 7$ for 23 so somethings are priced way over market value. Stinks in there too

A very dirty pet store, not well kept up, really needs to be cleaned. The pets look miserable.
