Not very knowledgeable staff, they tend to ignore you and make an active effort to avoid customers. They had a donation bin for needy animals, I asked which shelter they donated to, they had no clue which shelter and seemed a bit surprised they even had a donation bin. I asked a couple simple questions "Where are the water bowls for dogs?" and "Do you have eye drops for dogs?", both times I was told "I dont know, just go look over there yourself" with a finger point. The animals they sell, look absolutely miserable.

Due to your cashier #21086 at 501 cypress gardens blvd w. Haven we will not be coming back to pet supermarket she was very nasty and said that it was company policy not to be able to have one person my girlfriend use a coupon and I used one being next in line for two different items just to let you know I went thru all our receipts and we spend over 1000.00 $ a year with you so we will go to petco from now on.

Tried to by my kids a rabbit, refused to purchase hay from the store. The girl I was talking too wanted to see my cage for the rabbit before she could sell me a rabbit. Is this how you idiots treat customers? All my kids wanted was a rabbit and I felt like I was being interrogated because I didnt wanna buy your hay.

Love the monthly low cost vaccination clinics. Reasonable prices, outstandingly helpful and caring sales associates. I love that they have a community bulletn board for postings on lost pets or pets that are in need of new homes. They also display local rescue cats for adoption. Terrific place!

Keep changing brands then I have to go elsewhere... Only sell high priced foods pushed by sellers..these foods advertise as #1. Read ingredients, they mostly start with something other than meat.

Very friendly staff, happy looking animals, and the best prices I could find on aquariums. Their fish and aqaurium plants cycle frequently and they have a wide selction of fish accesories.

The workers here was very helpful, one of them even came outside to look at my dog to give me a better view of what I needed to lock for in terms of cages, food, and flee medicine.

The animals look healthy and the fish tanks are in surprisingly good shape- a little over crowded but I didnt see any sick fish. Staff was friendly.
