The store on the Paseo about 10th Street in Kansas City, Mo has a very NASTY RUDE cashier, I think her name is Franchesca or similar. You pay well, customers deserve nice polite service. This complaint follows the issue I previously told you about the 350 highway in Raytown,Mo store of the manager who gave me the incorrect amount for my refund ( with receipt) and said could not be corrected because it was done. When I call the local office I cannot get past their automated system to talk to anyone. Would appreciate a " live response" to know you got this. I miss ISSY - he managed this area well and did not HIDE from customers or issues. New one cannot be bothered I guess...

Aldi scared me at first because of the no frills, simple, low cost store but after a few times shopping I found the produce and food to be good quality at a much lower price than other stores. Fresh produce is just as good as any other grocery but always less expensive at Aldi. Dont let the simple store fool you, Aldi has excellent cheese, produce, milk, juice and random special items at lower costs than others.

Im always impressed with the curious variety of specialty foods here. I find something new to try each visit. The produce has me locked in to this location. Avocados, mangoes, cherries, etc are perfect so far this season. I love that they offer organic eggs now, and the store size is one where I can get in and get out with all I need in a short time. Always ample parking and the staff is so courteous.

A good place to obtain fresh produce for cheap and unique snacks from other countries. The only major issue is the number of cashiers present. Usually there is only one cashier despite there being a long line, meaning that you have to either wait for the cashier to get to you or wait for another line. Beyond that, however, this is a good grocery store.

The employees are great! The store is clean and Ive never had to wait in line too terribly long. No worse than your average aldis wait. But where I live Im close to 3 aldis but I choose this one everytime!

Nice store with all the basic things you need.they carry brands you might not have heard of but try them out you might be surprised. I think some of there stuff is better than the name brand stuff.
