This is the worst Kroger I have ever shopped at. They have several rude employees (one yelled at me as I tried to return a shopping cart in the parking lot because he wanted to get the cart from me directly... and save himself the 10 STEPS it would take to get to the cart corral) and once I was forced to check out 50 items on the self check because no regular lanes were open. NO attempt to help or open a full service lane for me despite the fact that I had tons of items. The self checks are the most sensitive ones Ive ever seen. You cant even touch the scanner or bagging area or the thing locks and then you need help. You cant scan your own coupons either at this Kroger. I ONLY go here when I have to, and I dread it. I used to enjoy Kroger in Nacogdoches and shopped there every week. But when I moved to Longview, I was shocked by the crazy layout, rude service, and high prices at the Longview Kroger.

Its clean store with a lot of variety with fruits and vegetables and i appreciate that. Customer service is also great with the helpers and cashiers. But two days ago i bought some organic apples and didnt open it on the same day because i already had some at home. when i opened it two days later it was all bruised and not looking good. So i called the Kroger before i went there to make sure if i could get it exchanged. On the phone they said not to worry about and bring it and the manager would take care of it. But when i get there the manager says that it has been two days and no exchange. Very disappointing just for the fact that they told me one thing over the phone and do some thing else in person

This store has more verity in all departments. Call ahead if you are looking for something unusual, sometimes this is the only store that will have exotic foods for different ethnic backgrounds. Large selection of vegetarian cuisine is available and reasonably priced. The only negative problems we sustained were with me young man wearing glasses in the vegetable department. Very mouthy smart Alec and rude. 8/19/16 I dont fault the store but the young man. Now with that said, the parking lot is in need of fixing. Its always full and disabled and older people have a difficult time finding parking.

Preordered a dinner and prepaid for it. When we went to pick it up, it was not ready and they did not have all our stuff. I thought the purpose of preordering was to make sure we got everything we ordered. Staff was mostly all new. Therr should have been more experanced employees working 12/24/16 not a bunch of new people who have no ideal what they are doing. Very bad scheduling of work force. Will no use them again. Produce and ethnic food options are surprisingly diverse for a small town in East Texas. They also sell a myriad of terrific healthy options - icecreams, pizzas, milks, and more. However, watch out for the bread aisle - I have on multiple occasions found loaves black with mold and expired on the shelves. The bakery, however, offers excellent fresh bread options.

This Kroger has really been terrible lately. The employees and the managers are terribly rude. And every time I have went there in the past they have charged me double for things and higher prices than they should have. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Wonderful selection here! The best produce section in Longview by far. They carry several brands/products that are only found at Kroger and no where else in the area.

Very good place to shop. Big selection of beer and wine and fresh meats cut daily. Make sure you get a Kroger card to receive extra savings.
