I went in a few years ago. While Dr. Clouse was lovely, I found that the staff wasnt too helpful. Maybe because I came in during the middle of finals, dressed shabbily, and they assumed I wasnt going to be able to afford their glasses? Sure, that might be projection, but thats what it felt like. I saw the receptionist drop everything for the "usual" person we would see in the Pearl District. But the lowly college student was ignored. It was pretty. The staff also treated me poorly when I mentioned that this was the first time Id ever been to the optometrist and was pretty unhelpful with picking out glasses. But that was a few years ago. And I probably wont go back seeing how my doctor isnt there anymore.

Ive been getting glasses from Visage since 10. Excellent stylish product and even better service. I had a pair of Maui prescription sunglasses made that didnt provide good distance focus in one lens. They replaced the lenses at their cost and would have done it again if necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. Ive also taken advantage of their 2 year scratch replacement warranty at no cost to me. Their glasses are spendy compared to places like Lenscrafters, etc. but more durable and well designed and very worth it. I will bring my business here as long as they have a frame that appeals to me.

I was so lucky to discover Visage! They have a such a wonderful selection of frames that it was hard to pick just one! Meghan was very helpful and really took time with me and gave me great advise. She were willing to hold several frames for me for a couple of days so that I could bring in my "style consultants"! I might just get a second style for sunglasses! I will definitely recommend Visage to family and friends!

Gosh my Dad and I went in looking for silver frames and found the coolest pair. Fabulous customer service, Theala the rep, was amazing. Super sleek place would def recommend.
