My my my all I wanted was to be able to buy Betsy Farm Dog treats close (5 min) by my new home, but NO, I have to drive 20 minutes to another Walmart, because two Managers (Greg-Shaun) would not request To Order these treats for us to buy, 1-2 pks a month ( I have 5 rescue dogs from the streets, and they love these treats) I have begged three times, only because I use this Walmart to buy our dog food plus groceries, because after all this is my neighborhood Walmart, right? I was so mad & frustrated that I contacted Betsy Farm, to snitch, LOL!! They could not do anything about it, but they were nice enough to send me coupons!!! So, think twice before asking this Walmart for anything & dont fall for that "let me have your phone # & I will let you know," NOT!!! G

I had the worst customer service experience ever. The customer service lady Lisa is very rude. I watched her treat another customer so disrespectfully that I walked out of the store after I realized she was slamming books and papers everywhere. She was so angry and showing disrespect towards the customers even though the customer was being calm with her. I did not want to experience what that customer went through so I left and went to another walmart with better service. I will never shop here again and my advice to others is to not shop here either. I dont understand why Walmart hires individuals with attitudes like Lisa.

Its a typical Walmart. Its obviously a little smaller, bit has enough food variety for most people. Still of the approx 15 lanes, two are open and both have long lines. Customer service is on par with what youd expect from a prison work release program. The last two times I stopped there the cashier (last time was a manager) never addressed me outside of mumbling the total. Both times they were thoroughly engaged in conversations about how much they dont want to work and wanting to take a break. I found it particularly interesting that they werent even interested in returning my greetings or salutations.

Only go here if you are desperate or have a welfare check to cash, food stamps to use or trying to send a money order to Mexico like everyone else that shops here. Im not sure if anyone actually works here because there are never any lanes open and a line 20 people long trying to use the self check out...typical for Walmart shoppers it doesnt appear that anyone can speak or read English and then sit at the self check out for hours trying to figure out how to use the machine.

Was a little disappointed at the selection. I know its not a full blown Wal-Mart, but the grocery products they carried were just your normal major chain options. I was hoping more would be carried with specialty products (organic, gluten-free, soy, etc). It seemed that almost every item was only the major labels and nothing more. The prices seemed okay, but Id rather just go across the street to Frys where theres more selection at maybe 1/10 more the cost.

Fantastic Prices Combined with Excellent Service Id never been to a Walmart Neighborhood Market before moving to the area, but this place is where we buy the bulk of our food. The low prices, and the friendly service go a long way. As an added bonus, the store is not too big, and its easy to get around (one of my chief complaints of the large regular Walmart stores).

I stopped here quickly the other day to pick up groceries (not my typical place to go which of course is Frys) but eh, it was OKAY. Nothing great. Decent prices, sort of stocked & organzied store - sort of not. Long lines, moderately friendly staff, pretty much everything I would expect for a Walmart food store... I just would rather take my money elsewhere.

Was accused of stealing tea and told not to come back. Showed them the receipt and the manager said, "its south Phoenix, you need to show receipt for purchases". It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. The Managment should be ashamed of themselves. BTW. I showed the manager the receipt.

Its a smaller Walmart neighborhood market, and has your usual assortment of food, and a small array of household goods. I had trouble finding some ítems, that Ive found at other neighborhood markets, but overall I found most of Ive gone shopping for when I went to this location.

I like stopping in to this Walmart location. The shelves are always stocked. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and the lines dont get too long. This is not a full Walmart like other locations, so dont come looking for clothing, electronics etc.

walmart works as a mega super store, but fails in its attempt to serve with these downsized, condensed inventory, mini me stores. If its something you need outside of the grocery realm, chances are you will not find it in one of these...smalmarts.

Its a Wal-mart grocery store. Plus Pharmacy. The customer service at the register is luke warm. Produce is a very good price. They do carry a few things the regular wal-marts have. I like it for the convenience of their onlinr ship to store.

My phones internet doesnt work inside of this store... So I tried to login to the Wi-Fi comma and their Wi-Fi is a complete joke... It does not work either. It makes it really hard to use the flip app which makes price-matching take forever.

I go here all the time since I live near It. Its always a good environment. The only issue Is a worker In the warm food section, he never says hello and stays silent until you get all of your food you ask for.

All I can say is although its a neighborhood Walmart that is not make a difference is Walmart literally almost has everything you need like a super Walmart and has saved my life so many times

Lets see I bought a six foot sub for a baby shower and half of the sub was missing all the meat. During the baby shower I had to go buy more food elsewhere wich cost more..Embarrassing!!!

Very good location for a person that does not want to go into the regular walmart. Only issue is that at times the lines to pay are very congested and can take a long time to check out

Almost always out of stock on various items from produce to meats to birds yes I said birds flying around in the store . This is a South Mountain neighborhood not South Phoenix !

Its a Walmart, so expectations cant be high. Although, the Marketplace locations are smaller, less crowded and less noisy than a standard location. Good selection and good prices

I liked the coziness of this walmart. I love how the cashier helped me figure out if my watermelon was good or not. And she was absolutely correct. She went above and beyond.

Checkout is usually not too bad. They charged me a dollar more than the listed price though so make sure you check the prices they are ringing up. Pretty good for a Walmart

one day I go and one person price matches converts watermelon to pounds and honors the match . the very next day another person would not. please be consistent!!!!
