Honesty, I wonder how they are still in business. I went there for black friday, and a random employee led me around trying to find the ONE product I came for. She eventually asked a manager (I assume; shirt and ties but no name badge) who pointed to a far corner where it made no logical sense to place art supplies. It wasnt there so I asked him again after re-finding him and he just said, "I guess we dont have any." I had to drag it out of him that they werent sold out, they just didnt arrive on the truck at all! He really could have cared less that I had gone there for that specific item. They have other employees that were absolutely fascinating and fabulous one lady up sold me on a pair of shoes that I wasnt originally planning to get, and she will forever have my business despite only working there for 4 days. Honestly, I hate Walmart as the scourge of the Earth, but Shopko cant complete with its prices or its customer service despite how awful Walmart customer service is. It makes me further wonder how Shopko could still be in business because if management doesnt care, theyre just going to poison the well for their other employees to also not care. And looking online the best price I can find on the one thing I went there for is about triple vs what they advertised. Online will get my business before I even look at Shopko again.

I am absolutely unsatisfied with this sad excuse for a pharmacy. Never have I gone there and been satisfied with customer service or even getting the correct prescriptions!! Half of the time I try and go there they dont even have the damn prescription there and make me come and pick it up a different day! In my opinion I think this pharmacy needs to have a serious management change because it is by far the worst pharmacy. I will never go to this location ever again and I hope everyone else does the same thing.

Id never been to Shopko but it looks like a discount store from the outside and so I headed in hoping Id find the fuses I needed. I didnt. This is what you get when you cross a Walmart with a Target. They have a million different products, none of which I needed. They didnt have the one product I did need. Not a bad store, but I dont know how they survive. Theyre in a crowded market niche and theres nothing memorable about the store.

We just got in a line and were the next ones when the checker looked at us and left. One tried leaving while there was a huge line at his counter, but was stopped by another worker. When we got into a short line we were asked to go to customer services. Soon after we went the checker left. I wouldnt recommend this place.

The wait to check out is usually far too long. Its generally a frustrating process to check out and the prices and store "coupons" seem to always have fine print that excludes much of their merchandise.
