I recently bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from them and it was a positive experience. Ill break my experience down into customer service, the vehicles condition, and my car-buying experience. Overall, this is a good lot and I would suggest visiting if you are very serious about buying. Customer Service: Id give them four stars. Jeff is a very straightforward guy, knows the business, knows the value of the cars he is selling, and does not budge on the price. He can come off aggressive and rude but is in fact a good guy. He is just there for business. Anyone who plans on trying to negotiate, smooth talk, or reduce the listed price of a car by $1,000 will have a bad experience here. If you see a car you like and its a fair market value, go there when youre ready to buy and nothing else. I was looking at another Jeep at the dealer on 440 for a slightly better price and Jeff told me to go get that one (I did leave and eventually came back since the final price on the other jeep after installations and dealership fees came out slightly higher than where Jeff priced his Jeep). Haha. Again, he does not budge on the price. Same with trade-in values. Expect him to offer $500 less than what others have offered you for your car. Its simply his business decision to increase his re-sale margins. In the lot, you will meet Mike who is as helpful as he can be. He tells you as much as he can about a vehicle in the lot and acknowledges what he doesnt know, which I appreciated. Other lots will tell you whatever you want to hear whether it is factual or now. Hell handle the test drive and viewing experience while Jeff handles business conversations. Value of the Jeep: Id give this four stars. They bring cars in great condition to this lot. The Grand Cherokee, which included many bells and whistles, was priced better than similar models Ive seen in the market. It looked brand new and was in great condition but did have a couple dings and scratches on the front and rear number that were covered up. Nothing major. There was a scratch on the rim that was noticeable that I asked Jeff to fix once I made a deposit. They did what they could and rotated the wheels so that I wouldnt notice right away that it was still there, but it did not come off completely. I was told it was fixed completely but it was not. However, Jeff himself took the car to be serviced and the result was good enough. There was also a broken panel on the right side between the passenger and driver doors that i had not noticed and was not brought to my attention before I bought the car. I would have wanted to have that fixed. Other than these small things, the vehicle was in mint condition and also passed a mechanics inspection with flying colors. Car-buying experience: Three stars for this one. This was a rushed experience for me, but luckily I knew this Jeep was exactly what I wanted. I think Jeff and Mike can improve by allowing people to check everything they want with a car without being so pushy and also be more honest. Yeah I know that you know its a good car, but I want to get it inspected anyway. Who in their right mind wouldnt?! I honestly think that the attitude that they have is the result of past experience. I could sense that a lot of people go in and waste their time trying to lowball for a car or taking really long to buy a car and then do not end up buying one. To Jeff and Mike, I would suggest that you do not allow that to impact how you approach and treat new customers. My experience when I first called the lot and when I first arrived at the lot was very different from my experience after they realized that I was very serious about buying and had the money to do so. This would have turned me away, but the Jeep was too good of a deal to leave! On another note, all of the paperwork was handled quickly and well. Once the purchase was made, I felt very comfortable about how organized Jeff was with the documents and explaining what each document respresentwd. a year ago Dk auto imports is by far the BEST USED Car Dealership in the Tri-State Area!! They have the Best Cars and Lowest Prices on the entire internet!! We were looking for a Quality Car for over 1 month. Went to many used car dealerships in NJ, NY, PA, even CT. It was always a disappointing waste of time! Either the cars looked and ran crappy, or their Internet Prices were falsely advertised with ridiculous hidden fees that increased the price by $$Thousands$$. We were about to throw in the towel until we came across Dk auto imports llc , in Jersey City, NJ!! Dk auto imports llc consistently always had the largest inventory online and by far the cheapest prices! After so may unpleasant experiences we decided to go. To our surprise, their dealership is actually very BIG! They have 3 Car Lots right next to each other, with over 100 cars to choose from. All their cars were clean and presentable, in amazing condition. After we test drove, we instantly feel in love with our Volvo!! Their staff was extremely informative, honest, and straight forward!! No hidden surprises, a very simple, smooth transaction. Its been 5 months and our new car is still driving like a Dream!! I rate them the maximum 5 Star and Highly Recommend them!! These are the only people I will do business with from now on when it comes to buying a car!! You will get the best deal within the entire Tri-State Area!! Great Job Dk auto imports !! We will be back for our sons car soon!! THANK YOU!!!!

My girlfriend and I both purchased our cars here and if we ever have to get another vehicle wed be right back here. My Jeep needed a new lock actuator and Jeff let me know of that right off the bat. The vibe is so genuine and honest unlike many other car dealerships. Best part about it is that it is family owned and has been around for years. Jeff and mike do a great job with working hard to get their customers into the vehicle they want. I will always recommend Dk auto imports !
