terrible business. nothing but rude liars. called before i went in to see how much my was was worth. made it very clear that my car had been in a minor collision right after i bought it. the man on the phone gave me a rough price over the phone and told me to bring it in to get check out. when i got there the boss checked it out and brought me to his backroom where he gave me a second price (about 2000) less after running my carfax making it seem like he was surprised about the accident as if his friend did not tell him (which was expected). i told him i would have to think about it and would come back. called back later that day and was told to come in early the next day to meet with everyone. i went in early and none of the higher ups were there. told me to come back in an hour. i went back an hour later and the boss told me he had to drop the price another 2000 because my car did not have stickers he was looking for. i said ok let me see what i can do, i went back to the dealer that sold me the car and showed them that there were no stickers, they apologized for the mistake and told me they would have my stickers within 3 days. i then called back the boss from cash for cars and told him the good news, that i got the stickers that he wanted. he said thats great but i can not higher the price (very unexpected). i argued with him and told him that he low balled me over stickers? and i got the stickers? very unprofessional. the owner seems like he hates his job and doesnt want to be there. normally when you have a business you want to welcome people in. not tell them "we have plenty of customers we dont need you" i was absolutely appalled. i wish i took a camera with me to film the process. it would have been a huge hit on youtube! lmao and also dont let them fool you - they do not give CASh for cars. they give you some sketchy check. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Sam, my car salesman, the Manager Ali, and his entire staff treated us with fairness and honesty from day one (the entire process took 2 days). My son who lives in another state spoke with Sam over the phone the entire time, while I sat in the office and listened to them explaining and going over the details of a particular vehicle I wanted. So, between the 3 of us, Sam met our expectations and was able to come to an applicable agreement. I was able to driver away in my beautiful car. I like the fact of not being pressured to purchase any one of their vehicles. Earlier on the same day I visit a Volkswagen Dealership in Linden NJ on St. Georges Ave. They did not want me to leave without purchasing one of their vehicles. When I tried explaining that I had another appointment and needed to leave, they proceeded to talk even more and asked my life story! One guy didnt want to let up and then stated to talk about how his mother use to tell him, if you want a steak, you need steak money". REALLY?!! Ultimately I walk out the office. Im glad I made the 45 minute ride to South Hackensack.

LIARS & THIEVES!! This place doesnt deserve any stars! When we bought the car they told us what a deal we were getting when we paid an extra 3,000 for the platinum warranty which didnt help us at all. Not long after buying the car a bolt broke off the axel causing a crazy amount of damage and the car was declared a total loss. Leaving us with thousands to still pay on our loan. All we wanted was a probated check for the 3 year warranty that didnt cover anything, we never used, and only had a few months. Auto source the warranty company gave us a probated check but since cash your car charged us much more than they actually pay for the warranty, the warranty company said it was up to them to pay us the difference. Paul was insanely rude to myself and my husband and acted as if he was doing us a favor and told us to "stop breaking his balls" and hung up on us. Never returned phone calls or emails so off to court we go! Please if youre thinking about buying anything from this place - DO NOT!!!!

Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the check engine light is on, the first gear is grinding and the motor mounts are needed. I am given the runaround when I call or text the dealer. The paper work was not done correctly and over charged on the price. I was sold a lemon and I would like for this dealer to fix this car I had purchased or give me my car back I had traded in for the lemon I was sold. There needs to be a rewrite of the contract and a refund according to the branch manager at the bank. I am sure that the dealer would understand the inconvenience this is causing me. I look forward to settling this issue amicably. I have already contacted other agencies to get results that are in need. This is a disgrace to humanity and I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place.

Absolutely terrible. Thieving liars sold me a broken car and when I took it back they only gave excuses and stalled the fixing process with their good-for-nothing mechanic that took the car for several days until lemon law no longer applied. Poor business practices, and shameful. Disgusting people, and literally the scum of the earth. Would not rate this if you want your car to work. In addition to selling me a faulty car they LOST MY PLATES. They never called me to come pick up the plates and title, and when I called saying i needed them as the temporary paper plate was about to expire, they COULD NOT FIND THE PLATES. Absolutely terrible.

I visited this dealer 8 months ago and the service level was quite well for just a small dealer. Sam, my sales rep, was not pressuring and seem to just tell you like it is. I did not buy a car then bcz of personal reasons. 8 months later I visited again and the service was still up to par...friendly and not pressuring. You pick your own car out. After giving them alot of trouble, I bought a one owner car with very low mileage. Plates was ready in 2 weeks as promised. Workers and managers are just real people. I would recommend you to take a look!!! Postman

The salesmen completely lied to me about the quality of the car I bought. They just did stuff to the car to make sure it didnt make any sounds when I drove off the lot; saying everything was in good condition. Lone and behold, when I drove the car the next day, engine started to smoke, and made multiple sounds. Another mechanic told me: there was an oil leak, coolant leak, the axle boot was torn!, needed new brakes along with a couple of other things. Completely took advantage of the fact that I didnt know much about cars. A complete SCAM!

Went to the dealer cause on their website they advertise $689 down for a car but when I get there with my girlfriend the same car reads $2250 down. My girlfriend had a picture of advertisement and called him out it I caught it too he mumbled something in his heavy accent in regards to why down payment is low being deceptive and when I turned on the car it made a weird noise.. We both got the hell out of there.
