This review is of the PetsMart Grooming salon which displayed very poor customer service. Dawn, the Grooming Manger is who delivered this poor customer service which included hanging up on me. I scheduled an appointment online, which showed this PetsMart having the availability (after checking other locations). An hour later I recieve a phone call and call the number back after seeing it is PetsMart. They proceed to tell me that they can not take my dog due to overbooking and to reschedule. I do not stay close by and I was already in the area. Dawn, the grooming manager, nonchalantly told me there is nothing she can do about it and it is nothing I can do for you. She continued on to say with an attitude, I can give you corporates number to hurry me off the phone. I asked to speak to the General Manager and she told me she was off today and to call back on Monday, then proceeded to hang up. Stay far away from from this PetsMart grooming salon!

This location is the WORST! We have come numerous times to have our dogs nails trimmed and witnessed a groomer being very rough with a dog more than once. Shes very rude (I dont know her name). Tonight I came in to get my dogs nails trimmed and they were closed. Online, the sign on the door, and the sign in front of the grooming salon all say they close at 9. I showed up at 8:30. Spoke to two associates who stated those were not the hours even though they are posted, and also stated if no appointments after 8 they close early. That is the kind of information that needs to be posted, which it is not. Not that they care, but I will NOT be bringing my business here anymore.

Excellent Location And Excellent Customer Service I Was Looking For A Different Type of Food For Our Lab Puppy And The Sales Team Went And Got Me The Best Food For Our Sensitivity Lab Puppy She Is Doing Great with The Food And Great Advise For The Flea Problem And I Assure You I have Used Everything And Alot of Money But I Will Go With The New Flea Collars And It Is Excellent And She Was Very Good Customer Service And Even Gave me Friend and Family Discount I Will Always Use This Pet Smart I Was Very Satisfied

The animals appear healthy, but they fail to give people who purchase birds all the care info required to assure the survival of the new pet, such as that birds need to see an avian specialist vet regularly, cannot be around non stick cookware or fragrances, etc. They also have a limited selection of pet bird toys and playgyms, and my birds already have everything they carry.

Amazing shopping experience! The shelves were nice and organized with signs at the isles. There are dog training lessons with different tips and tricks to maintain a dog. There is even a station to clean up any mess your animal might make.

I think my daughter likes this store more than I do. Decent price on bulk purchase cat food. Great selection for everything else. Most weekends feature pet adoptions so be prepared your kids asking "can we keep him!!!!???"

Yesterday we looked at some hamsters. They looked well treated and healthy. This Petsmart has great service for taking care of those pets The store is clean. I reccomend this Petsmart to everyone who likes pets
