Possibly one of the worst service you can experience after your purchase. I bought a bunch of stuff from them. Dont get me wrong, I really liked their furniture but everything after the purchase has just been horrible. Let me start of by saying that the delivery for all the furniture comes from the Camp Creek store and there could not be worse communication between the two stores. I would be able to communicate with my pet more effectively (well if I had one). So the first time I called to ask about the delivery, they said that that was never the delivery date when I was explicitly told what will be delivered when, when I purchased it. Thinking that it was probably just a one time miscommunication, I was fine with rescheduling it. But then during the first part of the delivery, I found out that my "file" in their system doesnt show what I was told. And every single thing that has been delivered to me has been damaged a little bit if not more. Just to give some perspective, the delivery guy didnt even try to give me two of the things on the first delivery because he said they got damaged that much. Every single time I have called them, we would come to a resolution until I call them the next time only to find out whatever we talked about was never on my "file". Every delivery date has been wrong so far. Its been a month and Im still missing one item. Their service technician had to come yesterday to fix whatever got damaged during delivery. And I have an unassembled bookshelf just lying around because the cam lock kept on breaking and there werent any extras. So I just got off the phone with them and they said that they will send someone to check on it but Im not expecting it to be resolved anytime soon just like how they thought I was going to pick up the rest of the furniture yesterday when that was never even suggested. Once again, called them yesterday to tell them that it was meant to be delivered and again today she said that you are required to pick up the rest of the furniture. Need I say more?!? I would recommend this store if you absolutely have no life and are ready to allocate a chunk of your time into having the same conversation with their customer service rep (possible the same person) every time. May the odds be in your favor.

The process of purchasing my couch from American Signature was great; however, the couch started breaking within about 7 months of use. The springs in the base of the couch started popping out the bottom and Im not sure why. I live alone and Im an average weight female, so theres no reason it should have happened. There arent any kids around jumping on the couch or anything. Anyhow, I wasnt mad about the couch breaking because I have a year warranty, but getting it fixed has been a nuisance. First I had to take 2 hours off work to meet a couch technician to come look at my couch to see if he could repair it onsite. I already knew he couldnt fix it before they sent him over, but I guess its protocol. Then I had to block off two hours of my time another day to meet the men who had to come pick up my couch. Then American Signature worked on my couch for a week plus. Today they called to tell me they would deliver my couch for a time that did not work for me on Saturday. I told them that time didnt work and the next available pick up time is WEDNESDAY. That means Ill have gone without a couch for almost two weeks and I will have to take another 2 hours off of work to meet the couch delivery men. As a working woman this is excruciating. They do not care to accommodate my schedule at all and I am the customer. This whole time Ive been working with them to cater to their availability and will have used up 6 hours of time to meet their people + 20 minutes to write this review. EDIT: I just spoke with a representative from American Signature who mentioned that they are working to improve this process. He thanked me for my feedback and spent a few minutes speaking with me to really understand my issues with their service. Hopefully improvements in the post-purchase customer service will occur soon. I really do appreciate them following up and working with me on this! Ive added a star for this reason.

This company has completely ripped me off. I got a bed Frame and financed through them under they assumption that my 172.00 Monthly payments would be going towards the 1,042.00 that i financed. Well i made 8 payments and it was then that i inquierd about my balance to pay it off and they said i owe them over 800+ dollars, it was then that they explained that i was "Leasing" and nothing was really going towards the principal. So thats when the district manager stated that he can bring it down to 700+. Not being able to come up with that lump sum i was forced to continue making payments because i was threatened with arbitration charges. Fast forward to today January 5 i was suppose to make a payment on december 15, i was behind and theyve called everyday this week 2 a day, today was the final straw i was contacted around 8:30 pm by the manager josh asking why dont i have the money, and he should just come and pick up my furniture up literally harrasing me about my payment which i think is unfair to begin with. These people have ripped me off all year and because im 18 days late ive been called, harassed, belittled, talked down to and not too mention THEY SAY I STILL OWE. ive paid out almost 2000 and was reduced to tears after i was called tonight. Ive contacted the district manager and no one will give me the regional managers number. im being taken advantage of violated ripped off and disrespected by there horrible managers and despicable busineas tactics

I wouldnt buy another thing from ASF. The dresser my brother and I bought arrived damaged; the back right corner was completely bent in. The guy at the Kennesaw location who we picked the furniture up from took my receipt. I called to get a hold of Liz, the lady who sold it to us, and she called back once several hours later and I missed it. After that, I called again and got no response. I called the store instead of her cell after that and an employee said, "Can you call back in two hours? Shes not here yet." I called back and the person said, "Oh, shes actually not going to be here today at all" without apologizing and without telling me when shed be back. I called back twice more and never received a call from Liz. Two weeks later, the manager, Melissa, called me back after I called a third time several hours later and told me that she would call my brother to set up getting replacement furniture. I found out a few days later that she never called him! Liz did email me a copy of my receipt weeks after I first called her, but why are receipts not emailed originally if its that hard to get a call back from ASF? We finally got to pick up a replacement dresser and its still a little damaged with scratches on it. Bottom line: terrible communication and lies.
