I am the owner of ASG Information Technologies in Meriden and have used many auto repair shops over the years. Star Auto Sales broke the typical disaster auto repair shop mold! They are definitely the place to go for all your auto repairs. We have been a customer of Star Auto Sales since December of 2011. Since then, my wife and I only use Star for our cars as well as the company vehicle. Now, most of my staff uses Star as well! They are honest and fair. Their mechanics do an excellent job and they fix it right the first time! There is never an excuse not to have routine maintenance done on the vehicles because of their door-to-door service! They pick up our vehicles and drop them off back at our office when the service is completed, so having the vehicles in for service never interrupts our day. Their customer service is the best. They explain in plain English what is going on with the vehicles. We always know that they are watching out for what is best for us and our vehicles. We always recommend Star Auto Sales to people that we know.

Star Auto Sales is definitely the place to go for all your auto repairs. They are extremely helpful and always professional. Their door-to-door service is great! I no longer have to find rides to and from the auto shop for repairs. Star Auto will pick up car up from my work and drop it off when the car is finished. Having my car in for service never interrupts my day. Star Auto has serviced my car for oil changes, brake pads replacements, detailing, and some minor repairs and replacement parts on my car. Their repairs are spot on and I always feel confident that when I get my car back it is in great shape. They have also serviced our work vehicle and the service was prompt so the truck was back on the road in a few hours. Their customer service is the best. They explain in plain English what is going on with my car. I always feel like they are watching out for what is best for us and our vehicles. I always recommend Star Auto Sales to people that I know and work with.

I was looking specifically for a Toyota Camry, and had been to other dealerships and just got a bad vibe at those places. Star Auto sales was different. I researched their reviews on the internet and knew a couple people who purchased their cars there and got them serviced there as well. From start to finish, I had a great experience! I worked with Steve Zanetto, Gary, and Janine. They were all very friendly and genuine. I bought a used 2011 Camry Hybrid, which I love! The only thing I needed was an extra key for the keyless entry/ignition, which they didnt have at delivery. I wanted to see if they followed through, and they did not disappoint. Four days later, I have my new key. The car is beautiful, and I would highly recommend Star Auto Sales to anyone who asks. Its hard to find a good, honest dealership that puts the customer before the sale.

I have been going to Star Auto Sales for about 4 years now. Steve, the Service Manager is amazing! He finds me the information I need, he keeps track of all services that have been performed on my car, and holds the mechanics accountable for all of their work. They never try to upsell a project if its not needed. I get whats needed done at the time and also receive suggestions for future maintenance. I have received nothing but amazing, high quality service from Star Auto Sales. Because of their quality service, I have been able to refer them to my friends and family. They helped my neighbor find a safe car for family use, and detailed my boyfriends SUV. Friends have also had oil changes, brakes, and other mechanical issues looked at. I will continue to use Star Auto Sales for years to come!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Gary at Star Auto. Wow. I totalled my car last week ....so I had no trade in. If that wasnt enough, I was still on a loan with my ex ... And with credit history the odds were against me. Gary treated me with integrity, and let me know he WOULD get me approved. That being said ... He knew which car I wanted most for my family ... And made it happen. An HONEST, no pressure, fair customer-oriented transaction. Let me tell you .. Ive bought from the "major" dealerships in the past (Honda, Hyundai) but this was different. Steve and his staff at Star Auto are just simply the best. I had a recall on a part for my car and went to the Dodge dealership to get it fixed. Once they fixed it they gave me a list of things that needed immediate attention. They quoted me over $1500 to fix everything and said it would take 3-4 days to complete. I took my car for a second opinion to Steve and brought my quote from Dodge. He looked over everything and said yes this all should be fixed but it would only take a day to do and was 1/3 of the price. When I got my car back it was done perfect and with no issues. Thank you Star Auto for a great experience and I will definitely be back again, and trust your staff enough to send friends and family.

My fiancee and I recently purchased a used 2013 Subaru Forester from Star Auto Sales and were very happy with the overall service we received. We worked mostly with Steve, who was very friendly and informative. We took the car to a mechanic before buying it and everything checked out, so we felt confident moving forward. The financing process was surprisingly easy, and working with Gary in that department was very straight-forward. In total, from the test drive to signing the papers, the entire process took less than a week, and weve been greatly enjoying our car since then.
