I like the staff at AT&Ts store in Martinsville, however, I wrote a bad review about their internet service, and it was automatically deleted. As I stated in that review, I will not be recommending AT&T to anyone because the internet service is absolute garbage. 6 months into my contract, and every month, 2-3 times, I have to call them complaining about my speed.

Lost my contacts because they took my old sim card out of my old phone. Told them this was my business contacts they said not our problem and dumped the waste basket of left over sim cards to take. Of course none were mine and I have to rebuild my contact list from scratch. They were beyond rude and told me to leave never again AVOID!

This is the third time Ive purchased a phone from this store in the past six months. Todays trip was another painless, speedy, efficient, no-pressure experience. Chuck and his team run a tight ship, and whether you want Apple or Android, if youre on AT&T, I highly recommend this store.

I bought a screen cover that they applied, and 4 days later it was a coming off. They wouldnt give a refund because I didnt have the box they threw away, and they remembered me. I had my receipt.

Thank goodness they moved this location next to the Rural King! The store is always clean and the staff is very inviting! Glad to see AT&T staying locally in Martinsville!
