Although originally impressed by the helpful attitudes and knowledge of the staff, their inability to call back and confirm that service was indeed scheduled to be installed, as well as indifference by the employee that took my call the night before i was to have service, they dropped the ball big time. This is why I normally skip the local retailers and go with corporate. I wont make that mistake again. Thanks guys. You really fu**ed me on this one.
